The strike misses.
OOC:
Lilcyra is up.
Aug 2, 2019 6:22 pm
Wordlessly Lilcyra snaps her finger, another blast at the lone drow. Won't be long now, he can't beat us all... Perhaps this careless attitude is what's granting the guard a chance at revenge?

The dagger strikes right between the front and back of the leather armor, piercing through the drow’s ribs. He drops to his knees, then falls on his face, dead.
Aug 2, 2019 7:22 pm
"They should have surrendered. Strange they did not." Darastrix grips his wound.
Aug 2, 2019 7:49 pm
Corelief grabs up another weapon, Get what you can off them. We need to move. He doesn't even care who or why they were there it appears. Once again his mind is on one track. He does uselessly tries wipe of some of the Drow's blood that Darastrix nicely gave him from killing a Drow.
OOC:
Corelief picks up a shortsword.

Darastrix looks around to see if any others were wounded.
Aug 2, 2019 11:22 pm
"We made a bit more noise than is probably healthy for us right now. Let's make a quick sweep of the room for anything useful, and then bugger off," Baenroth suggests. He looks around for anything that might be useful, in particular herbs, charcoal, incense, and brass bowls.

Rolls

Investigation (If you would prefer Perception, its +2 instead of +5) - (1d20+5)

(4) + 5 = 9

Aug 2, 2019 11:28 pm
Darastrix will see if either drow has potions as well as something he could use to stick the large book he has in. If they have shields he will claim one.
Aug 2, 2019 11:52 pm
Corelief doesn't care for the delay but doesn't say anything contrary. He just stand and watches guard.
Aug 2, 2019 11:55 pm
A quick look around the room finds no potions. In the room is about 30 bunks with the same amount of foot lockers. Most of the foot lockers are empty. You find 10 backpacks that are empty, 5 daggers, 20 silver, 5 gold, several journals, a few miscellaneous books, a bag of mysterious herbs, and a 100' hempen rope.

Corelief will loot a backpack while watching over for trouble. He already has a dagger and shortsword and not to interested in more daggers or he would have retrieved the one the Drow threw at him. I'm assuming that I can get a pouch off one of the dead Drows. Corelief like to have one. He is on the touch lacking side.

Darastrix takes an empty back pack putting the book in it. Daggers can be used for many things so he takes one. If he can fit a miscellaneous book he will take one too.
"Herbs may help. They should be brought."

Wincing in a bit of pain he prepares to move on.

OOC:
Darastrix, roll 1d12 to determine your book.
Aug 3, 2019 1:16 am
Ok

Rolls

(2) = 2

Aug 3, 2019 1:23 am
The book you grab is a leather bound book with a red cover. There is no apparent title.
Aug 3, 2019 1:29 am
Baenroth will take a dagger, the gold and silver coins to divide up later, a backpack, the bag of herbs, and any books in a language he can read in his backpack for later study.
Aug 3, 2019 1:35 am
OOC:
Roll investigation for the book.

"I need to heal. If I do so I will not be able to cast a spell like I did here."

It was a question he asked as he walked along with them.
