This would take him past Ian, granting an attack of opportunity.
He would swing his axe at Finn two more times, aiming to decapitate the little man.
The first swing caught the shackles, which caused a crack in them, but they still held.
The second swing swiped across Finn's right arm(4 damage)
The Imperius immediately began on another weave, thin black fluid dribbling onto the stones from her robe now. This weave was reminiscent of a spiked ball, and she was casting it right at Ian's face with three fingers. She closed her hand, and the weave flared purple in his face. (8 psychic damage) She began circling around him, putting her back to the wall.

She closes the gap with an animalistic pounce and using her shield attempts to overbear the spell caster to the ground, her already superior strength and size made all the more potent with the rage of the last of the Ingar!
A prone creature’s only Movement option is to crawl, unless it stands up and thereby ends the condition.
The creature has disadvantage on Attack rolls.
An Attack roll against the creature has advantage if the attacker is within 5 feet of the creature. Otherwise, the Attack roll has disadvantage.
(Standing up costs an amount of movement equal to half your speed.)

At the same moment the spell caught him, ruining his slice with his rapier. As he nearly doubled over, the long haired man let out of a low growl. Straightening he glowers down at the woman that Greta had tackled. "You should'a cast'a spell that works. But, ta be fair . . ." His eyes narrow, murder glinting across his sharp features, "It's far from'the worst mistake you've made taday."

She was moving within his range too. I'm tempted to invalidate that attack, rather than make Ian drop the rapier. xD

Aiming a ranged attack is more difficult when a foe is next to you. When you make a ranged attack with a weapon, a spell, or some other means, you have disadvantage on the attack roll if you are within 5 feet of a hostile creature who can see you and who isn't incapacitated
She looped both of her hands into her red cord and quickly wove a triangular pattern, pulling the cord taut against three of her fingers. At once, the ground next to the jailer erupted into a giant hand that reached for the armored man, attempting to restrain him.
The owl continued its flurry of wings, trying to distract the guard so that Doc might fare better.
Hu Action: Help for Doc.
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 30 feet
Components: V, S, M (a miniature hand sculpted from clay)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
You choose a 5-foot-square unoccupied space on the ground that you can see within range. A Medium hand made from compacted soil rises there and reaches for one creature you can see within 5 feet of it. The target must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage and is restrained for the spell's duration.
As an action, you can cause the hand to crush the restrained target, who must make a Strength saving throw. It takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
To break out, the restrained target can make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, the target escapes and is no longer restrained by the hand.
As an action, you can cause the hand to reach for a different creature or to move to a different unoccupied space within range. The hand releases a restrained target if you do either.

He loosens his grip on the axe, and his head jerks one side, then the other. "Ah, gods! What happened, wh--..."
He looked down at the hand.
"WHAT IS GOING ON?"
The axe drops to the floor.
Also, for something requiring a save, go ahead and roll for the enemy and indicate it as their save. I will add their modifier and get the response out. Lastly, showing rolls because not only did GP want to hide the roll, it rolled twice for some reason. Just to show I did not in fact fudge a dice roll to take 6 less damage xD
