Okay if all goes well I will be adding someone to take Shumps place and another player to pick up Lex I am doubting very much Arina is going to return anytime soon.
Well Prestidigitation is highly useful for many many things but check it out first as it was modified some -- and did Blade Ward to the cantrip section but its called Weapon Ward since it affects more than just blades.
Well that was my first ever fireball...to say it did not go as planned would be an understatement and that has nothing to do with Lex not liki g or trusting his skills.
All is cool, things like this make the game more exciting! :D
Plus I doubt we will be getting a lot more fights for the day, so we might as well use our spell slots before the rest. Unless there is a surprise dragon at the top floor... :P
ooo FlyingSucculent how'd did you know there was a surprise dragon on the top floor was it that obvious ;) or have you been sneaking peeks at my game notes?
I am surprised that Egret is not fascinated by the windows that he can see light in but through which light does not seem to pass -- now there are eight windows but some of them are dark
I missed the fact that they didn't let light through completely, just kinda assumed they were like stained glass. Will investigate later!
...Now these windows remind me with of a book where there was a tower with each window looking in a different world. XD
It is a Russian book, named "Chernovik" - "A Rough Draft" in English. Here is its Wikipedia page if you're interested! I highly recommend it if you like fantasy about parallel worlds - the main character is a guard on the border point between alternate universes, it is a lot of fun to discover worlds with him. And it gets pretty dramatic at the end!
There is also a movie of the same name, but it suffered the bad book adaptation syndrome. There were flying matryoshka robots, and they ruined the plot. XD
Interesting conundrum is it not? ;) Perhaps there is something to it and yeah I think Shump is pretty close to 8 ft tall but I would have to double check that for sure
...so we all just see Shump stare up at a window at about twice (or 1.5x) his height and declare that he sees a pile of rubble behind it? That's bound to result in questions (which I'm not gonna ask though). XD
