It's SR, so reviewing character sheets are taking longer than I thought. Hang in there. Let me settle the submissions in order.
@runekyndig, two main edits first:
At character creation, your Magic rating can only go up to 6, not 8. This means you have spare adjustment points, put them in Edge? This means you'll have to rethink your spell selection.
Thank you missed that limit on magic

You can only have up to 20 points of negative qualities.
The first time I read the Select Qualities, I thought so as well, but we discussed it somewhere and I realized I was wrong. I'm totally fine with you house ruling the max 20 points of negative qualities, but then we agree that its a house rule

Select Qualities
This step can be done at any point after you’ve developed a little backstory and you know something about the character you’re going to bring to life. Look through the Qualities section (p. 70) and start a list of things you think fit your character concept. You can pick based on mechanics, but it might be more fun to design a concept, pick qualities that suit it, and see what happens!
Once you have the list, tally up the costs, positive and negative. The limit on qualities at character creation is this: You can’t select more than six total qualities at character creation, and the net bonus Karma cannot be more than 20.
