Assuming he is, is the cattle prod and his current trunk residency enough for a boost or two?
"Morning, sweetness. We've got the warehouse, and we've got it surrounded. You can do your friends a favor and tell us what we're walking into so no one else gets hurt.
If you don't? You're a smart guy. Smart enough to know how hot a car gets in the middle of summer in Drummond. If we forget where we parked, no telling how many days it'll take for somebody to find this car. We hid it pretty well. But then you're a big strong man, so maybe you'll be fine.
What do you say, Vic? Want to be a pal to your pals and tell us who's in there?"
Hank crackles the cattle prod in front of Petrovich's face, then waits for a head nod before deciding if he'll remove the gag.

"There are four guards, and two of them went to your One-Two with me. Only two are left. They watch the perimeter with security cameras. I don't know how many there are. Oleg set them up. Now can I get out of this car?"
"Marv, you still got those binoculars? Let's see if we can figure out where these cameras are."

Max takes Marv's binoculars and scans the front of the building. From what he can make out through the heavy rain, the door seems to be set up much like the one Hank and Marv described at the first warehouse. There seems to be one of those "ring" cameras positioned at about the level of the door handle. It's a simple device, something they could have bought at the local Lowe's. Max knows it relies on a local wifi connection to work, which could prove a vulnerability. Max doesn't see any other sign of cameras on this side of the building.
The warehouse has tons of windows. You could definitely just try to sneak in that way if you wanted. Note that they're all on the second story and above, though, so you'll either need to climb or find a ladder or other way to hoist yourselves up.
Deactivating a wifi security camera can be done in three ways: 1) with a wi-fi jammer (maybe one of the Pantones knows a guy who has one for a SP, but it'd take him a half hour or so to get here), 2) cutting the coaxial cable that runs the Internet (would have to shimmy under the building), or 3) cutting the power (shimmy up a pole and break open the power box). Of course, you could also just throw something and try to destroy the damned thing.
Hank casually crosses the street, careful to stay out of sight of the camera, and hoping nobody is looking out the windows. As he nears the building, he takes another quick glance around for witnesses, then leans down and pulls away a vent cover before sliding in. As the posts that support the building get tighter, he has to reach ahead and pull himself along on his belly.

Just driving through sounds awesome and genre-appropriate. But I will upgrade the Driving check automatically (and perhaps again with a Story Point) to reflect the fact that you don't know where the prisoners are being kept yet. ;) Those penalties wouldn't apply if you tried to determine that fact first.
