Okay working off Joker’s idea and my idea ... his was better.
[ +- ] Power
The character has the ability to anticipate all physical attacks and react to them such that the attack either completely misses them or does not land as solidly as it would have normally. The character gains Armor:2 against any purely physical damage to reflect this uncanny ability.
Power Theme : Super Martial Artist
1 - Enhancement: Combat Precog (page 54) The character's mind can see attacks before they are even launched, thus letting them use Notice to defend against all physical attacks. Also during a conflict the character always acts before anyone who does not have some kind of precognitive ability.
1 - Enhancement: Master Combat Precog -- (requires: Combat Precog) The character gains a +2 to Notice when defending against physical attacks.
1 - Synergy: Necrotic Touch (Harm)(page 39) I could make it a psychic knife...
1 - Enhancement: Piercing Damage: Your ability ignores the target’s Armor rating. Additionally, you do not have to maintain skin contact for your power to work; you can cause harm through multiple layers of clothing.
1 - Ravage: Instead of decaying flesh, you can use your ability to weaken metal. Every metallic object in the scene—including handcuffs, deadbolts, and weapons—either falls apart or becomes so fragile that a single hit will shatter it.
1 - Synergy: Basic Super Toughness: You gain Armor:2 against any purely physical damage.
Drawback: Can’t Turn it Off - Despite your best attempts to keep it in check, your power is always active in small ways: pencils rot in your hand, and food spoils when you touch it.
Drawback: Too Many Possibilities Can Hurt (Mental Strain)
