Three of Kon’s less damaging swings hit the old hag in the right, but she just doesn’t seem to be affect much by Irish art weapons. She only takes 14 damage

you have to move in init order, so not yet. Duke moved forward against his own advice in order to make any contact.

The only thugs close by are the two in the private room. They climb to the bottom of the room to get away from the smoke and tumble out into the pit floor.

Like a dottard, I follow Prettyboy, and can't do a dern thing when I get there. So I go ahead and cast Cure Wounds on the Fox Knight so my turn doesn't go completely to waste. I suggest to Maggie to claw at the same hag that me and Prettyboy have approached.

well, ... technically this cannot happen. Duke dashed the 40’ to the hag, using his action to double his distance. She knew to stay farther than your normal movement distance, to avoid that melee action. You can move 30’ normally and still do an action, but Cure Wounds’s range is touch and you are 10’ away still. Also, the hag has winked out and Maggie cannot see a hag to attack where Duke is. I know you like clear rules, Code, so just to nice and irritating, I am going to bend them to your will just because you willed it and it’s a nice gesture.
You catch up to Duke and stretch out your hand to heal him.

Told to attack a Hag, Maggie looks around and only sees one but not in the place directly. Only slightly confused she can fly very far and attacks the one on the right with her bite attack. She manages to pierce the hag’s tough skin, but the hag shows resistance to Maggie’s piercing but the fire damage does hurt her plenty. The hag laughed as the pathetic damage.

"This is frustrating! We can’t run to them, we can’t range attack them. Kon, old buddy, run to me and I can use my shield to protect you! Time to practice more of that magic!"

I take the Dodge action to put the Hag at disadvantage for myself in addition to the disadvantage that Stormslayer has from my spell, and then close the distance between myself and Kon by 30’. He should be able to reach me in his normal movement.

"Dear, we seem to need some help here. I saw a slight girl running back into the entrance tunnel that the Hags came out of. Do you know her? I can’t get there past the Hags and we can’t touch them."

Having apparently gone in the hatch, that leads I guess to the pit, Kit searches until she finds her husband and the hag he references. She responds loudly, "No worries my love, you're no longer fighting just the three of you! And know is a stretch... we just gave her a hand."

The hag recoils from the eldritch blast from nowhere. She takes the damage with a snarl.
