Wait, I have a funny idea... I think my hands are obscured from anybody's vision. I think I'll cast my Wild Cunning spell, and have the wild spirits drive a bunch of fish to leap out of the water, one by one, and fling themselves at Elena's face... I wiggle my fingers and whisper the words, hoping this will work. Maybe it will distract her.
