The door crashes in and Kama can see a human trying to fend off a group of shrubs?

The room is bare except for some rotted furniture. A couple of trees have grown out through the wreckage and there are 8 shrubs surrounding the lone human.

"He's either our druid, or a very angry gardener!" Kama calls out over his shoulder. He helps the man trim the hedges with a horizontal sweep of his greataxe.

Kama's sweeping blow cuts through his original target AND the one next to it, dropping them to the floor, quite still.

Using the new presence of the half-orc, Aoth darts in with his rapier to precisely prune a bush. He then dances out of the way of the vegetative onslaught.

Hoping to get sneak attack on a bush adjacent to Kama, then using cunning action to disengage as a bonus action

Aoth's attack is perfectly placed in the center of the shrub and splits it in two. As he pushes his blade through another shrub wanders into range and he continues his stab, taking that one down as well.

Cunning action can only be used to Dash, Disengage, or Hide

Xora's arrow strikes a shrub, splitting it down the middle. Wish and Hollow enter behind you and the rest of the creatures are quickly taken care of.

As they all go down you are all left standing in the ruined house, the four companions standing there with the lone human.

Well, the Counthood is in litigation due to a technical consequence, but I hold onto the dignity and regalia confirmed upon me from said Countship. You can call me Aoth, Count, Sir, or Maester. I was accosted by this pernicious plantlife while searching for treasures. Which I have laid claim to, by the way, so don't get any ideas. Who are you? Aoth rambles on, finally finishing his monologue with a flourish of his rapier and a scoundrel smile. He gives off the air of someone who thinks too much of himself and does not take himself seriously at all

"Well, unfortunately for me, I have not found anything yet in this hovel, my musclebound friend. I merely just arrived when I was onslaught by overgrown bushes! I was merely laying claim to this area, as is my right. As far as your question, I have not seen a druid or a necklace, what value are they to you?" Aoth rmables on. He is looking around surreptitiously as he does, peering into the house to see what he can spot while walking around the room and discretely pawing through items.

"Value?" asks Kama, almost as if uncertain of the meaning. "Well, the necklace belongs to this lady, whose family came from here; I'd like to return it. The druid knows the way to a castle somewhere in these woods, where we think a friend of ours is being held."

"I don't know if I would deem such buildings as these to be anywhere near the majesty or splendor of a castle, but I have for certain been perusing the surrounding territories. You are not the only like minded explorers, however. There are several men navigating the remains of this place, clad in black cloaks like it was the middle of the night. Hmmmm... I have a proposition for your company, since I am here otherwise unaccompanied and my solitary presence puts me at a disadvantage, even with my studied swordplay. I will share with you what I know, and in exchange, you will escort me in my pickings of hidden treasures." Aoth prattles on, and begins to deftly carve a detailed map of the surrounding area in the dust and dirt of the floor, pointing out their location and the last seen location of the robed figures, as well as good hiding spots.

This is certainly advantageous, perhaps they need another hand in their troupe. It would be nice to get a hot meal with friends once more.
