[OOC] Aqua Mortis

Just a head's up that when it rains it pours: I'm preparing for another all-day Zoom interview next week. I'll try to advance things as I can, but I am up to my ears preparing. Hopefully things stabilize after the coming week!

We're ready for the descent. I don't intend to treat this as a dungeon crawl, but it is important that I know all three of you are available. @Remnant @Mcneils5 @CESN -- you all around? We can potentially finish things out with two players, but I wanted to check in first.

Looks like it's just you and me at the moment! I know both Mcneils5 and Remnant have mentioned being super busy IRL. I'd rather not have Nekurr solo the end of the adventure. At this point, we can leave things be until either Mcneils5 or Remnant is able to come back. We can have a duo of you finish out the adventure together.

I guess we can wait for them a week or two and then see how busy they are at by then

Remember that the question has to be a yes-or-no format. So "Is this the real reason for the mining project? Like, are they actually mining something or just knew the eggs were here?" is too complex. You might try:

"Was the tunnel project always a ruse to get to these eggs?" Or, if you want to know whether that's the case now but maybe wasn't always: "Is the tunnel project now just a ruse to get to these eggs?"

Also let me know how Nekurr plans to express the question (out loud? Think it in his head? Etc. - that gives me something to play off when I have Fortuna respond!)

They are surely aware of the little infestation problem here so it's really about motives I guess. Also a bit confusing about why they'd let us in if they were hiding something this... obvious...

Must letting y'all know that I'm moving this week. Things are chaotic, so my apologies for slower than normal post rates from me. Hopefully things will stabilize next week when we get our stuff unpacked and the Internet set up.

I'm moved! The place is still in disarray, but at least the hard part is over. I'll update the game tomorrow. Just wanted to let you both know I'm still alive and intending to finish out this game. We should be able to wrap everything in 2 or 3 weeks, I think.

Would Devourer work when shapshifted into a beast? It adds extra creepiness to the character's "curse" :D
can also boost my ranges to lv2...which may be useful in this combat.

LOL. You could certainly take Devourer, but it's Tier 1, so won't help you with the Tier 3. What's the range thing you're talking about?
