Ha'aroo casts sleep on the 3 skeletons that emerged with the bows. And then yells out "WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!!!" and gives Travers a Bardic Inspiration as a bonus action.

Overview of battle. Now waiting for Travers first round and Pacan second round actions. Will only have bardic insp. available on second round. Note that Pacan see that spell cast by Ha'aroo do not have visible effect on the skeletons approaching quickly
For simplicity I will assume that your mules are closer to river, thus will not yet be targeted by skeletons and I will keep them out of combat.

Travers stands drawing his sword and shield, stepping forwards to give the other time to rouse. Ready to attack the moment one of the skeletons is close enough to hit.

6 Skeletons run toward 3 of you but all attacked by spirit guardians flying around Undril. Travers hit one that gets close to him not allowing anyone to reach Ha'aroo.

2 out of 6 skeletons fall and and do not move any more when spirit guardians hit them, one more barely make it till Travers who finishes him off before it even manage to attack. Only one skeleton reach Unril and attach her, while 3 more arrows fly from the dark one targeting each of 3 of you.

Everyone in the camp woke up after that. You hear sound of fight and arrows shoot. It is obvious a fight!

You are prone in your tents, but could join the fight spending half of movement standing up and other half joining the party. We could assume you sleep in your armour and with a weapon by your side, but not with a shield done

Actually Sharagwyn and Pacan is not prone, Elves do not sleep

Jim rushes and crawls out of tent and sees a skeleton. He immediately casts sacred flame on it.

As Jim rushes out of his tent and casts sacred flame her turns and sees Ha'aroo pierced by an arrow straight to his gut and falls forward unconscious.

Shara snaps out of her trance, her gaze darting from friend to foe as her vision swims back into the Material Plane. She then sees Ha'aroo sprawled in the mud and dives to his side. Fumbling through her healer's kit, she pulls out bandages and rags and prepares to snap the shaft from the arrowhead.

I would like to burn one use of my healer's kit to stabilize Ha'aroo immediately. Is that possible right now?
