Here's some background Info for Relationships.
it was his Ice body that first got him Interested in the world of the Elementals if they had saved his life there must be so much more they could do, while he was a child I-So would run towards any Elemental he saw Including Fire Elementals...
I-So almost killed himself many times as a kid trying to catch these fire Elementals until finally he was convinced to stop it didn't take him long Interacted with Elementals though to realize that they thought he was something special too, it seemed an Elemental creature of this size must have some amount of power and one that could walk among the common folk without getting tied up in someone's schemes that was something.
I-So tried to convince them he was only Half-Elemental but it did not matter what he said they we're convinced, at the age of twenty I-So became lost chasing an Elemental and never Saw his parents again.

Certianly, though to make sure their is no misunderstandings (though maybe there was between characters) I-So is a human and he is originally from Earth just a different part of Earth and he has no Idea Where.

As for Lanval, he was scooped up by Temporal Raider into a forced apprenticeship. He traveled the dimensions with his Master raiding and exploring as he was ordered until his apprenticeship was up. He then came to Castle Refuge and settled in as an expert in D-Bees and a magical fighter.
So, if you met him early, you would have experienced him as part of a raiding party or as part of some criminal exchange. If you met him after, it would be more as a comrade in arms or part-time scholar.

I may have an idea of relationship with I-So, Mondel accidentally appeared in his home and had to explain to him he is a Leigh line traveler and that from time to time the line make him jump in strange places for he does not master his art very well.

If it was Mondel who caused I-So to travel I-So shouldn't know maybe even Mondel doesn't know, prehaps they didn't end up in exactly the same location.
So let me see: Lanval stole my watch, and then Mondel showed up in my house, when he left he accidentally brought I-So along with him. When he arrived on the other side CC found out and helped I-So work through the tramua.

Hmmm. Lanval was part of a raid and sack the settlement kind of group rather than a pickpocket or sneak thief. So might I suggest that this watch was something you left behind at home, my master raided your former home, and I got the watch that way?

Well if you want really a balance, you'd have to compare the stunt and decide if each character is about equal the you can add one or two free stunt or ability to character wanting.
