Leon punctures another skull with graceful ease, as fur and flesh sear to the strikes of torch and spell between Xarakas and Jasper. The adventurers covering Sadur's back repel the rats that had squeezed into their lines and even frighten away the injured and the rats having trouble finding their footing, sending all but one of the remaining rats fleeing outright. The final one only snapping weakly at Sadur out of spite before trying to escape

Sadur can take an Attack of Opportunity, and then you all make take your turn or let them escape.

anyone with Darkvision can see targets, it is Dim light for the humans (disadvantage on ranged)
There is a Grease Spell on the path ahead of you, and most of the rats fell/slid into the sewerage channel.
And Sadur is still poisoned obviously.
If you want to chase you'll have to pass a Dex (save) for either the spell or the slippery muck

Disappointed with a miss Sadur chase the rats he could see, grabbing his second handaxe on the way. Not much used to spells he didn't realize he may fall due to Grease Spell still in effect.

I'll add end of my turn with new post based on dex save. As much as I could see poisoned condition do not put disadvantage on saves

It was a hell of a shot, another of the painted mutant rodent cut down, as the others flee into the deep darkness. The wet scamperings echo back until dissolving into the sounds of the tunnel, and the party is left alone... for now.

Sadur, crawling collects his handaxes and javelin.
Sadur want break dam and go shower. Don't want to walk around this stinky place slow. If you are against braking dam I only take shower. Drink beer. Then come back, later.

I understand that in this world either creature don't get used to a bad smell or this is not just a bad smell but something magically making my PC feel bad and he makes an obvious conclusion that this will only become worse, so I believe it is more than logical for my PC to just leave the place. Immediately. He is all but dirty and stinky now.

Jasper tells Sadur, If you were to break that dam the smell from that would probably be overpowering.

And he adds on, Right now we need to find out what is causing these problems.
