Sadur and Jasper affix the grapple and use their rope to begin tearing the structure down, their coordination and moving taking some time. It is as they are working that the Kobolds make their next move. From the hole Rats appears, their eyes clouded in red their body twitching, seeking the closest warm bodies and finding Leon and Xarakas.
Party's turn
Xarakas and Leon may attack with advantage.
If Sadur and/or Jasper stop working, it will reset their progress.

Jasper will stop his work immediately and turn to cast a firebolt at the advancing Rats.

The rats scream in pain. One dies outright from a well-placed shot, the next struck by fire and the third hit with some sort of pain inside they are both struck by fire and they both flee as fast as their feet can carry them, running down the channel away from the party. More calls from inside the tunnel and another wave rats emerge and move to engage the party.
One on Leon, one on Xarakas. They are in melee.

Jasper thinks. Damm. I hope there isn't 10's to 100's of them. as he firebolts at another one, but his shot is spoiled as they are moving fast.

May I have a description of the progress with dam please. As a player I am totally blind to weather there is any progress at all and if Sadur will be doing it other 10 minutes, 10 hours or it is almost done. I mean - yes he is not bright but he is not an idiot, if he see that dam is barely affected so far he will drop the rope and help his teammates not die.Rolls
