Iosef fires off one more shot before pausing to think as hit becomes clear the bolts aren't going to be too effective.

'I am going to regret this.' He mumbles to himself as he drops the cross bow and moves forward drawing his own normal dagger.

Iosef's bolt flies beyond the enemy to no affect, but the brave shaman wades closer to the melee in spite of this, positioning himself near Axon.

The Tatterman raises his hands outward and speaks an incantation. "Nighty-night," he says with a laugh and disappears before your eyes.
OOC:
He casts a spell (Spellcraft DC 16, if trained, to identify the spell) defensively and passed the DC 17 CL check, so no attacks of opportunity.

Just as he makes his move, the thing disappears, leaving him to stab empty air."Where? Where did that thing go?" he turns around trying to figure out where the Tatterman could be, maybe there's some clues in the way the mist moves or footprints somewhere...

A horrendous cackling fills the air, much like nails on slate. The shape of the Tatterman rematerializes to the south-west as it chants and sends a spell hurtling toward you. The energy fills the air, centered near Razhel, Grim, and Elias - they instantly feel the gentle caress of sleepiness wash over them as the dream stalker maneuvers out of sight behind the crumbling wall nearby.

Standard Action: Cast Spell (Spellcraft DC 17 to identify the spell as its cast)
Move Action: F9 -> E8

He moved to F9 last round, but was invisible at the time. I put the location in a dice roll field above, for honesty's sake (since you can't edit those after the fact) - unhiding that now.

The spell is a 10ft burst originating from the upper left corner of Razhel's square (h7) - it catches Razhel, Grim, and Elias - all three please make DC 16 Will saves. On a fail, you fall asleep.

The crumbling walls in the middle of the room, we'll say, are about waist high, providing only partial cover.

Axon, Iosef, and Razhel are up!

Vanish is not teleportation. With the Tatterman surrounded on all four sides, someone would have felt him if he tried to move outside of our circle, right? Iosef had moved into a flanking position to cover navigating the hallway above Axon I thought.

It's just a simple move action - no teleportation required. He was invisible, he gets 15ft movement to sneak. He moved 10ft total (G7 -> G8 -> F9). No you would not 'sense' him moving out of the square in this case, unless you have some other innate senses (scent, for example). But I don't think any of you do? Please correct me if I'm wrong :) Iosef moved to 'above Axon' which I think I correctly interpreted to be J6.

Moving behind the Tatterman to F9

Razhel has a +13 to maintain the Grapple.
As soon as her companions have taken action against the Tatterman, who is attempting to hide behind some rubble, Razhel moves the distance to it and attacks. She drops her dagger and crossbow at the last moment, leaps upon the Tatterman, and grapples him; pushing him hard against the tower of rubble he is trying to hide behind. "Gotcha! Asshole!"

Moving to D8 would have Razhel move through at least one threatened square no matter how I look at it. She will provoke an attack of opportunity for the movement. Should Razhel prefer, she could move to either F8, F9, E7, or D7 and get the same overall effect without an attack of opportunity.

Grim and Razhel brush off the magical sleepiness, but Elias falls to the ground as the slumber takes hold.

Iosef quickly takes action to run up to the Elias, shaking him awake successfully. Elias comes to, prone on the ground, a moment later.

Axon sends more motes of icy meteorites down upon their foe, hoping to silence the Tatterman's magic (Reflex: Saved), but the motes fall around him and fail to make contact.

Razhel takes the opportunity to rush up and grapple the Tatterman, easily taking him into a clutch hold.
OOC:
Razhel and Tatterman now have the 'grappled' condition. Studied target only applies to weapon attack and damage rolls, so Razhel's maintain grapple will be a 'meager' +12 lol still very good. Tatterman's CMD is 22 while grappled.
The Tatterman, now grappled with Razhel, shrieks, "How dare you lay hands upon I that has walked the dreams of emperors and slain thousands!?" He throws a hand up to rake its clawed hand against Razhel's face. Its nails dig into Razhel's face and leave a long series of gashes from forehead to chin, blood dripping from the open wounds (Razhel: -8hp).
OOC:
Due to the grappled condition, Razhel's AC drops from 18 to 16, which allowed the hit to land. However, the Tatterman's AC is also at a -2 right now!
