37’s lightning flashes all around Second and Armat, but has no effect.

Armat's face was wreathed by contempt as lightning flashed around him. He sidestepped the fumbled barrage of arrows, unbalancing his foe with swings. Then despair overtook his enemy, and like so many before desparation became the road to their doom, as Armat stepped forward the moment his foe turned his back and he cleaved his halberd into his fleeing foe's spine.
OOC:

OOC:
Retcon
Second attempts to spin around Armat, trying to put distance between them. Battle hardened, the red knight is prepared for such an obvious move. As his opponent exposes his back, he strikes with his halbert, tearing through the escort’s armour into the fibrous tissue beneath. In obvious pain, but desperate to stave off this group, he attempts his magical volley once more. You watch his arm begin to glow as he nocks three more arrows. Despite his trembling arm, he arrogantly releases the missiles. Yet none find their mark.

His fury is evident as the blue energy coursing through his arm flashes and his bow catches fire. He sits there stunned for a moment, before tossing the smouldering bow to the ground and continuing his retreat.
OOC:
Our house rule is crits are full max damage, bonuses et al, plus rolled damage and bonuses. Thats 23 points damage. He’s hurt.

SheK decides to follow the patrolman 10 and tries to jump between the buildings but trips up some on the roofing. She hurts herself from the jump but continues to the edge of the roof to cast poison spray on Patrolman 10. She barely manages to even get a short at him.

SheK aims over the edge of the bakery and readies to unleash the acid onto the warforged soldier below. A jolt of pain in her ankle momentarily causes her to flinch. The acid mostly sprays over the wall of the bakery below. The guard takes little of the splash, but is hit by it.

As the targets begin to flee from his view, Kleber grimaces, knowing he needs to risk a bad fall to maintain the pressure. Abandoning the cannon's side, the half-orc jumps down from the roof, attempting to soften the impact with a roll as he lands and immediately starts running forward, pulling his bow from his back and loosin an arrow at the warforged.
OOC:
Move to 30ft to E28.

For a moment, Kleber moves as gracefully and lightfootedly as a high elf. He barely kicks up dust as he drops from the roof and rolls to his feet. He lets his arrow fly, but just barely misses the escaping warforged.

Sheriff is right behind the half-orc as he runs up and fires two more shots. The first one misses, but the second shots hits the soldier in the leg.

Unfazed, the warforged dashes for his freedom up the street and toward the rail line. For the first time, two of Salvation’s citizens step out to aid you. Adrianus the blacksmith and a lion shifter block his escape. Ten stops in his tracks, looking about for another route.
OOC:

The halfling’s luck returns as he moves up to the fallen Titaness. Her large frame gives some cover to his small stature. Firing the arcane blast over the giant, Peldan finds his mark. The energy slams into his chest, just over the head of Vice. The archer, unarmed, yet still defiant, doesn’t look to have much real fight left in him.
OOC:
Armat is up, with 37 on deck.

Armat runs up the street in pursuit of Second and swings the full length of his halbert over the head of his gnome companion. The blade slices cleanly through the leather armour of the archer, ripping through his chest. He patches the glowing crystal within blink out.

One fleeing foe remains…

We’ll say there’s a drain pipe at L21 you can slide down. It’ll be 10 feet of vertical movement.

I’ll stay with a DC 12 Athletics check if you want to jump the ten feet instead.
