Kragga slaps Albertus on the back and points him towards the stairs. Then the wizard incants in his deep voice and hurls a bolt of evoked flame at Figure 3, searing its head for 6 fire damage.
Aanbo dodges the dead man's flailing arms, commenting wryly on his companion Ogbar's confidence.
Theran sprints up the stairs and vaults over the railing onto the mezzanine/balcony.
Ogbar hacks and hacks and hacks, dealing Figure 2 serious blows totaling 11 points of slashing damage! The glow in its eyes flickers on and off for a moment, then burns steadily again!
Joseph advances up the stairs and looses an arrow at Figure 3: his aim is true and it is pierced for 13 damage!
Xana draws upon the darkness once more, unleashing a torrid blast of baleful energy that knocks Figure 3 back for 7 force damage. Once again, Xana delivers the finishing blow, as Figure 3 collapses onto the landing, its eyes dark.
Albertus charges up the stairs, using his action to dash, and arrives protectively in front of Aanbo in the space that Figure 3 had just occupied a split-second earlier!
Sensing the arrival of Theran on the second floor, Figure 4 turns away and slowly shambles around the railing to attack him.
Albertus, you may choose to use your reaction to make an opportunity attack.
Albertus sees the opening and slashes Figure 4 across the back as it steps away, dealing 9 slashing damage!
Figure 4 attacks Theran, hitting the druid for 5 bludgeoning damage!
Figure 5 attacks Albertus, but its blows rain uselessly on his heavy armor!
Figure 2 attacks Ogbar, managing to strike the barbarian for 3 bludgeoning damage (reduced from 6 for sheer rage)!

Went back and double-checked. I didn't rage against the snake, so this is my first one. I definitely could have indicated it better, as I only had it in my description of my first attack:
Bonus Action: Unarmed strike vs Figure 2.

Taking care to avoid the palpable aura of darkness gathering around his gnome companion, Kragga moves around the illusory pit and Xana, and as soon as he has a better view of the animated humanoid fighting Al, utters a dramatic incantation to fling a burst of flame at it. Figure 5 is dealt 9 fire damage!
Aanbo shifts his attention to the humanoid creature attacking Ogbar, but his staff glances off its arms to little effect. Once again, he follows up with punches that connect on the slit neck! Figure 2 takes 6 bludgeoning damage!
Over by the upstairs door, Theran fights for his life. For the first time, he gets a good look at these assailants: animated humans with eyes that glow as if they are lit from within by a golden flame, mortal wounds at the neck that appear as if they've just been slit...except that the blood that gushed from their wounds and stained their robes has dried black ages ago. He sees a pendant around this one's neck, but its arms are trying to pummel him and so he can't spare attention on that, too: it's taking all he can manage to fend off the blows. Even with the strength of the wild vibrating in his staff, Theran finds his energy flagging...
Using Aanbo's blows as a distraction, Ogbar hacks at one of the flailing arms, and it drops to the undead man's side. With that arm out of the way, Ogbar spins his axe around his head and lops the head of the monster off - it flies over Albertus' head and falls down to disappear through the illusory floor in front of Xana and Kragga! Figure 2 takes 11 damage and falls, headless!
Joseph sprints up the stairs, slides between Ogbar's legs, squeezes past the collapsing body, and sinks his sword and dagger into the body fighting Albertus! Figure 5 takes 20 piercing damage!
Albertus hacks down at the same figure, cleaving a bloodless gash across its robes. Figure 5 takes 6 slashing damage: the light in its eyes winks out and the body collapses like a puppet with its strings cut.
Rolls

ROUND FOUR
The next round of combat begins with only one opponent standing: Figure 4. We've got the action from Albertus.
What will the rest of you do?
Note that the balcony upstairs (the square area surrounding the stairs down to the first floor) is in deep shadow for characters without darkvision, and they can't see into the room or corridors. Currently, all the light is coming from a single torch just inside the front door down below (and a little glow from the eyes of Figure 4).
