Thug
The other elf lines up his light crossbow. Not sure who is the best target, he decides to shoot the one who appears to the most deadly. Seeing the big hit from Hrafe, he decides that would be him.
The other half orc sees that Ylliane is not engaged by anyone, and being an archer he decides that would be a good person to go after. He runs up to her by going around the humans and then swinging his mace.
It is now Edgar's turn. You can reappear anywhere nearby, ignoring opportunity attacks, but the elves are far from you. If you want to appear next to the elves, you would not be able to attack.
Note, it is round 2, so include a "+1" at the end of your attack rolls starting this turn, so 1d20+5 will be 1d20+5+1

H1 would have been next but he is dead so Ylliane is up next.
As soon as the arrow is away, she tries to roll to the left, determined not to let the enemy archer - probably skilled - take the same shot twice. She's hit with a blow on her shoulder though, and stops moving, lest she inadvertently run into yet another enemy she's not aware of. She yells over the fray to anyone who might be listening, "How many close?"

Also, I think carve an opening is melee only. This is what I meant in our 1:1 channel about there being too few ranged options for fighters...
She's an archer, she does her job. She trusts those of her team who are skilled in melee to grab the ones that get close to her.

One of the elves sees Edgar suddenly reappear and kill their human companion in one blow. Freaked out, they aim at edgar and start moving towards the pathway to the right.
The half orc engaged with Makasi is too focused to notice anything else happening. Frustrated with their earlier miss, they make another attempt.

Hrafe had to weigh between defending his beleagured ally or going in for the swift kill against the injured elf. He could always run down the elves later. Defending his comrade would pay in dividends later. Falling upon the half orc with furious anger he slashed and hacked his bloody vengeance.
