They both refresh. What are you doing in your turn? All 4 of you can act. Only Edgar and Ylliane has. Anyone who does not post by the weekend I will assume will just make a basic attack and move if needed to do so

Hrafe goes berserk and moving to the nearest half-orc(HO2) conceals his ascending slash with Glaezentorg behind his dragon skin cloak, the spirit of the dragon emboldening and empowering the ruthless attack. The magic blade cleaving through rock as if a hot knife through butter.

If that killed the half orc I will trigger glaezentorg the bloody and attack HO4

it did not kill him but it did make him staggered
Also, 13 age critical hits are not roll damage twice but just double damage roll result, which happened to be the same thing here but you only need to roll once

also note, you can't break up your movement in 13th age, so you can't down one guy and attack a different guy with glaezentorg's ability unless you can do so without moving a second time

I am assuming you do not use smite unless I see the +4 added to the attack and the +1d12 to the damage roll. Remember: first use per battle is free. it only costs you limited uses if used more than once in a battle.

Also, do you want to attack the same Half orc as hrafe? As he staggered his enemy, he's likely going to want to use Glaezentorg's ability to make a second attack, and you can only move once (not broken up like D&D 5e), so he'll likely swing to finish that guy off. Should I have you run up to HO4?

Thanks for the reminder about Smite. I'm not using it in this case, but good to remember I have a "free" use this battle.

I agree -- I should attack a different target. So, yeah, let's hit HO4.

I'm going to give Hrafe untiil tomorrow to decide if he wants to use Glaezentorg to try and finish off the guy he almost killed or save it. If I hear nothing, I will assume he does not. Since he may kill the guy, I can't proceed with the enemys' turns as it may be hard to undo what the guy does if hrafe actually killed him

Thug

The two half orcs still standing lash out as best they can while yelling, "Boss!" the one that was knocked off the railing gets up, shakes his head as he processes what happens, yells at the humans farther in to join, and runs west to start taking a ladder back up.

The humans grab their weapons and start heading over, but don't make it far enough to contribute just yet.

A door to the west near the river starts pounding as a big, burly human kicks the door open. "What is it you numbskulls!?" as he turns to see the party, he explains, "Fresh meat. This should be fun." he pulls out his great axe and starts moving towards the party.

ok battle map is updated. Round 2, so escalation die is +1. I'm just going to have the boss act with all the enemies to keep the PbP smoothe

I made them half orcs, and once per battle half orcs can roll twice and take whichever result they want, so I gave them a once per battle double roll take higher. humans get double roll take higher on initiative, half orcs get the same for one attack per battle

Edgar dashes over to the half-orc that's in combat with Hrafe and tries to find an opening and slash him in the side with his dagger.

The Half-Orc finds a gap in Makasi's armor, just below the breastplate, and slashes a wound open. Grimacing in pain, she returns the favor by jabbing her halberd into his stomach.

Ylliane holds her position and lets another arrow fly, this time at the last remaining half-orc she can make out. She lets a second shot fly as well, with no better luck.

Attack appears to miss, so triggers Comeback Strike. Two misses, so 4 damage. I forgot to add the escalation die, but I don't think it will make a difference.

Hrafe grunts in pain as the mace knocks into his upper arm causing a bruise to form, but channels that into a killing blow against the remaining half-orc that Makasi had nearly felled.
