oopsylon, I'd say that your Athletics roll allows you to pull Tasya from her grapple and toward Jin for your action, but I don't think you will technically be able to disengage as your action also. So...we'll see if any of the limbs are smart enough to take any opportunity attacks. They’re not too bright.

Regan's exasperated resolve is accompanied by his warhammer smashing into a lurker. Its limbs go limp and wither away when the hammer hits their source. The kelp lurker deflates. Its appearance of being a lush moist plant is displaced by dried flaky seaweed that crumbles into dust as it falls off the tunnel wall. (Lurker 3: 13 damage--dead)
Cordey lands an expertly placed slice into a lurker as Admiral move past him, helping clear the way for him. (Lurker 4: 13 damage)
Jin assists Cordey in the effort and sends two blasts of Eldritch force at the same lurker. Both hit (Lurker 4: 19 damage)
...
8 limbs attack Cordey and Regan who still face the remaining lurkers in the heart of fray. The fighter and paladin, basically standing back-to-back, skillfully parry and strike with their weapons. Regan's protective magic glows slightly as they both fend off the aggressive, menacing algae limbs that lash out with supernatural force. Only one manages to get a hold of Cordey. It squeezes, inflicting pain as it tries to keep a hold on the half-elf. (Cordey: 4 damage)
The two remaining lurkers spawn two more limbs (for a total of 10).

And he is out of goodies.

Cordey still has an attack for the current round.
Although, you both could easily disengage, if you desire, as long as you head toward the chamber where the other three are and not up toward the remaining lurker..

"Alright, basic first aid lesson. Right now. She needs a minute to get herself together anyway." With that, Regan will give some basic instruction to Admiral, Cordey, Jin, and Tasya herself.
Regan doesn't have Medicine proficiency, but in-game I assume as a slave for many years they had to deal with their own injuries to some degree. It should justify a Medicine check to stabilize a dying character.
I said it served as an in-game justification for knowing to make a medicine check.
Something not all players know their characters can do -- so now we have had an in-game moment to ensure everyone knows it's an option.
