Presently the Security team has treated Creds with a stimpack and they've taken Creds and Ken's statements. The four of you make your way back towards your ship and reconnect. It's starting to get late, what are the 'overnight' plans?

Using the "Field Anchor" stats from Shadows of the Beanstalk for a gauge of difficulty: Willpower 1, Vigilance 3 (yikes). Boosts for having corroboration from Ken, and from the fact that we left statements, so there'll be a police report to back us up. Setback for doing this over a comm (so no visual social cues to give or read).OOC:
Looks like Creds fails to make his case. But 2 4 advantage, so maybe the holo agrees to send a reporter to the auction the next day -- buttressing our claims that things could turn violent, albeit in the moment rather than beforehand. (In other words, we've spread rumors to try to get people to stay home tomorrow, and the news report would have underscored that, but we failed to get the story. However, our other plan is to get other teams disqualified by coming armed, or to be on edge due to fear of violence, so the reporter being there will reinforce that paranoia.OOC:

After freshening up and getting dressed into something rather less compromising than his makeshift security outfit, Ken is at the door of the Slippery Ghest. 'So, time to sample the nightlife...' He looks between the others with a confused expression, even seeing Creds grimace and clutch his fresh blaster wounds doesn't seem to register.

Ken's going out partying. Not looking for any narrative advantage - I just think he'd like to kick back and maybe boast about how he bested that Yiyar

Ken and Zailor return in the early morning with enough time to catch a few hours of sleep before the crew starts getting ready to go to the auction. The morning sun is crisp and air is a little cool, it seems Lianna is entering it's autumn season. It should be pleasant, standing around on a street corning in the mid-morning sun bidding on non-descript boxes.

Creds finds a sling and straps his left arm into it. "That attack should earn us some sympathy, fellas," he tells the others. "But folks can't sympathize with what they can't visualize." He pats the now-hanging arm with his free hand. "Hence this baby." He scratches his neck and adds, "I could use a new scarf, too... Never underestimate the power of the right scarf at the right occasion..."

Creds spends the next hour or so perusing the shops near the spaceport while scarfing down a Biscuit Baron breakfast combo. He returns to the others with a brand-new knitted scarf. "Just what I needed," he says, draping it around his wrinkly neck like a holo star. "Lutrillian workmanship. Multiple colors to distract multiple opponents. Yes, this'll do the trick."

Despite a raging hangover, Ken is all too keen to accompany Creds on a shopping trip. Rather than Creds's carefully selected accessory, Ken returns with armfuls of ill-fitting leather trousers and ill-advised flowery shirts. 'I mean, it's nice - but look what you could have got for the money!'
