Gworgi stands at the top of the maze walls near the middle of the arena, and Mazdu stands near at the edge of the arena spotting Gworgi standing on the wall of the arena you watch him throw down a rope and tie it to something and shortly after A man follows, "That's My father!" Kira says excitedly.
Essentially each PC participating in the challenge has a turn rolling a skill roll at the DC using whatever they can to help them succeed. Each succuss pushes them towards an eventual goal, each failure brings them closer to some fateful mishap that results in failure.
In this case the Involved PC's are Mazdu and Gworgi, working towards the eventual goal of coming together and freeing Edgin and his partners from the cuffs.
Each PC can choose any skill (that has not yet been used) and describe how that skill is relevant to their actions towards their goal.
Then we'll take a pause in between rounds (as with combat, more on that later) where I'll describe everything that has happened that round towards or away from the goal and then the next round begins and players describe their new actions.
I'm not particular about the order you each go in, and it doesn't really matter if it switches up.
