Penelope is taken aback by the destruction, and her giant hen flying off.
"Uh… if you don’t mind, yes," she replies to
Pira,
"Please."
OOC:
Oh wow… not one, but TWO supers.
The Packson Five is down to the Packson ONE, as all four back-up performers drop their jaws at the sight of
Kurumi’s super-smooth moves.
Most of the fans have already run off after the tennis ball. The only two left are an elderly couple. The old man likes
Casanova’s game, so he throws his cane and tells his wife,
"Retch!" She replies,
"Ret it roarself!" and the two walk off together hand in hand toward the cane.
Richael Packson turns to Kurumi.
"This dance-off is a foregone conclusion. I’m outclassed. If you got a fan club, sign me up!"
The twelve-minute night comes to an end, and while Richael Packson remains a dog-person, the rest of the villagers revert to their normal selves.
Bob Questgiver is looking sheepish (but not sheepdoggish) as he returns with a barstool leg in his mouth. He lets it fall from his mouth as casually and dignified as he can muster, then tells our heroines,
"Without Missy Girl, I’m a Questgiver in name only. You might find our little green fairy if you follow the Polygon Trail.
"There’s a large chicken coop on my prop…er…ty…"
He looks up, and notices his chicken coop is flying away, thanks to his oversized chicken.
"Well… there’s a secret door under where the coop was, anyway. From there you can head to The Underworld and hopefully find our beloved green fairy."
Lenny Loserhand gives Bob a look.
"Don’t you think you’re being a bit presumptuous? She probably just wanted to join our card game."OOC:
The Packson Five would need you to make really bad rolls to last to a third round. Let’s get the full party together for the underground lair!
@FlyingSucculent,@Dmbrainiac,@Alepous,@Tickettbror,@Ysolde
The sun is over the horizon and everything in the Village of Cititon is returning to normal. The corn maze is sprouting up into place, and Bob and Penelope’s giant iron hen is making a U-turn and flying her coop home.
The underground lair is still accessible, but the way days and nights work in this land leads our heroines to believe it won’t be accessible for long.
Sleeve Ace folds his arms as Chatty Cathy wraps up yet another exposition.
"C’mon, Cathy. Those ladies woulda figured that out."
"Do they know Hero Sword Guy is down there?"
"The whole village knows, thanks to you."
"You’re welcome."
As Sleeve Ace and Chatty Cathy bicker, several Beardos and Kitty-Caterwauls poke their heads through the corn field and sing The A Capella Underworld Song.
Seemingly endless steps disappear into the darkness below. But once our heroes descend, torches on the wall and candles on the steps light themselves.
Once at the bottom, there are two doors to choose from. On the left, there are several broken clay pots leading to the door. On the right, the clay pots are still intact.
OOC:
Where do you go? Do you split up again, or stay together?
