I don't believe 10 minutes passed since our last fight, so my Constellation is still active and the dragon has:
while the Dragon is active, you have a flying speed of 20 feet and can hover
Suddenly, you hear the sound of water shifting, followed by a voice that seems to bounce off of the walls and thus be too difficult to pinpoint the origin. "Another group of heroes. More statues for my collection. With I smash you to pieces, or keep you as trophies? Only time will tell. I would tell you to bring a message to the princess's father, but he will get that message soon enough when she becomes a Gorgon at midnight during the full moon. Now, who wishes to look deeply into my eyes first? I promise they are the most beautiful thing you will see, hahahahaha!" She then climbs out of the water and over the walls with ease in front of her throne.
I will update the battle information, but it will be:
Lair Action
Chironides and Kadmos@Basil,@MaJunior
Hythonia
Isaiah, Omeros, Kelnes, and the ranger
Rolls
Chironides: Initiative DC 14 - (1d20+1)
(17) + 1 = 18
Isaiah: Initiative DC 14 - (1d20+2)
(2) + 2 = 4
Kadmos: Initiative DC 14 - (1d20+4)
(10) + 4 = 14
Omeros: Initiative DC 14 - (1d20+3)
(1) + 3 = 4
Kelnes: Initiative DC 14 - (1d20+0)
(12) = 12
Christos (Ranger) DC 14 - (1d20+4)
(3) + 4 = 7
Hythonia
Hythonia takes a lair action centered on N23, getting everyone but Chironides and Isaiah.
Omeros, Kelnes, Ranger, and Earth Elemental take 2 piercing damage.
All of the above (except earth elemental that is immune) are Poisoned until the end of their next turns AND are under the effect of the confusion spell for the same duration.
d10 Behavior
1 The creature uses all its movement to move in a random direction. To determine the direction, roll a d8 and assign a direction to each die face. The creature doesn't take an action this turn.
2-6 The creature doesn't move or take actions this turn.
7-8 The creature uses its action to make a melee attack against a randomly determined creature within its reach. If there is no creature within its reach, the creature does nothing this turn.
9-10 The creature can act and move normally.
Rolls
Kadmos: CON - Save DC 19 - (1d20+7+3)
(13) + 10 = 23
Omeros: Con - Save DC 19 - (1d20+2+3)
(1) + 5 = 6
Kelnes: Constitution save DC 19 - (1d20+2+3)
(8) + 5 = 13
Ranger: Constitution save DC 19 - (1d20+3+3)

Earth Elemental: Constitution Save DC 19 - (1d20+3)

It seems that the ranger will be allowed to act normally, and Omeros and Kelnes will effectively skip their turns as they can't take actions or move.

Kelnes Confusion Effect - (1d10)
(6) = 6
Ranger Confusion Effect - (1d10)
(10) = 10
Unless surprised, a creature can avert its eyes to avoid the saving throw at the start of its turn. If the creature does so, it can’t see Hythonia until the start of its next turn, when it can avert its eyes again. If the creature looks at Hythonia in the meantime, it must immediately make the save.
Once he gets close enough to Hythonia, the ground beneath their feet rumbles and a huge hand made of earth and stone erupts, attempting to grab the medusa queen.
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 30 feet
Components: V, S, M (a miniature hand sculpted from clay)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
You choose a 5-foot-square unoccupied space on the ground that you can see within range. A Medium hand made from compacted soil rises there and reaches for one creature you can see within 5 feet of it. The target must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage and is restrained for the spell’s duration.
As an action, you can cause the hand to crush the restrained target, who must make a Strength saving throw. It takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
To break out, the restrained target can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, the target escapes and is no longer restrained by the hand.
As an action, you can cause the hand to reach for a different creature or to move to a different unoccupied space within range. The hand releases a restrained target if you do either.
Also, based on her circle, I assume she is a large creature?
Unless either previous assumption is wrong... Kadmos moves to M15, and the hand erupts from M14 to catch Hythonia.
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
