Action:

-Rangrim, Alexander, and Kurt all enter the barracks, the dark shapes on the beds begin to move. The shouts of warning from their friends within alert Maethor and Erani of battle ahead.
-Kurt throws his torch and hits squar in the bed of #2, the old straw mattress begins to catch fire and 2 fire damage.
-Rangrim calls upon Talos to turn the undead, 1 and 3 seem unaffected, 2 and 4 begin to squirm.
-The fire spreads south east five feet and burns #2 for 1 dmg.
-#3 and #4 both stand up, 4 is as far from Rangrim as it can get and so takes the dodge action, 3 throws it’s self bodily at Rangrim for 4 bludgeoning dmg.
-Alexander casts scorching ray and all three rays hit their target, 11 dmg to 1, and 12 dmg to 3.
-Erani swoops down to D4 and fires a firebolt at #2 for 1 dmg as it squirms in the flames of the bed.
-Maethor uses his slick to crash into the head of 2 for 6 dmg.
-As you all watch 1 and 2 rise to there feet, 2 takes 1 fire dmg as it rises, 1 slams into Rangrim but bounces of his armor, 2 crashes bodily into Kurt but it too only finds armor to damage.
-Kurt will attack #2, he will also be rolling for fire dmg this next round. Doing 18 dmg
-The fire flares and tried to speak west but is blocked by the wall, it does 2 dmg to #2 causing it to collapse north toward Kurt spreading fire in its wake, 2 dmg to Kurt .
-Rangrim hits 3 for 12 dmg and it sways for a moment before falling to the ground dead
-The fire spreads west flared by the oxygen coming through the door causing 2 dmg to Kurt and Erani.
-Zombie number 4 can still only try to get away from Rangrim it still is trapped so it continues to Dodge
-Alexander magic missiles 1 for 9 dmg the thing teeters but doesn’t fall to the floor,
-Erani blasts 1 for 6 dmg it spins away and looks like it’s finished before swinging back to face Rangrim. Erani flys out of the fires reach.
-Maethor holds his action to help his party or attack a enemy that comes into view. @Sardis What attack are you holding.
-1 attacks Rangrim again for 4 dmg
-Kurt steps up to 1 and with a swift swing and 8dmg if falls and moves no more
- The fire spreads east engulfing the ground beneath Alexanders feet he takes 3 fire dmg
- Rangrim calls for everyone to exit the now burning building and takes a swing at 4 but misses.
-The Fire spreads again this time SW catching alight the bunk there, and Alexander takes another 3 dmg from the fire around him
-Because he has yet to take dmg from any one 4 is till in the throws of Turn Undead and continues to only be able to Dodge
-Alexander moves to D4, I can't update the mape right now but I will do so later, and pats out the flames before he takes anymore dmg.
-Erani blasts 4 for 8 dmg
-Maethor stands ready to help put out fires on companions.

Fast Kurt crushes Skeleton #4 and then he races to leave the burning building by the handy window. Once out he will step aside for another to leave.
OOC:

Halberd will hit with a 16 and does 15 damage. Kurt then exit the burning building.

@GeneCortess your first hit will take down 4, what position are you going to out the window? Also roll a d6 to see fire dmg for this round.

We are now out of combat, but I will keep ‘battle mode’ on until everyone is safely out of the burning building.

Fast roasting Kurt bravely crushes the last evil Skeleton #4 with his reaching halberd and double taps it to make sure it has perished. Quick him then promptly races to exit the burning building by the open doorway. Once outside, he will gladly step aside to leave space for another to exit and puts out any flames still clinging dearly to him. "Well, they are all gone now."

Smiles and sadly marked off that that dear torch but has 9 torches more to kill.

Rangrim is the last of the group to emerge from the firey barracks, as he casts cure wounds on himself and you all take stock the fire continues to spread within. Luckily the cloudy morning sky finally let's loose it's rain, so the fire will hopefully not spread to the stables or the Keep itself.

Careful to skirt the burning barracks. You make your way around the side and down into the corner of the Courtyard. The small building appears to be an outhouse. There is much sign of animals scurring about, small animals. You do not see any actual rats straightway, perhaps they fled from the rain.
