Vesuvius erupts with a violent shout, as a wound opens up from a foe unknown and unseen. His gauntleted hand outstretched, it becomes clear what he’s reaching for…a longsword, lying precariously nearby. As our paladinic fellow grabs the weapon…he blinks, and shudders. Disturbed by…something. A vision, perhaps?
Undeterred by his wound or his shuddering premonition, Vesuvius rises to armored feet. Along his left arm, a shield - the emblem of the Zhentarim emblazoned thereupon. And in his other hand…now, the longsword.
His vision untrammeled by any darkness, Vesuvius swings around, towards the priest and the bear being assailed, looking for his opponent. He follows the violent strike, guesses its source, and takes a swing!

- It does not say "creature you see", so you can target your invisible enemy
- Zean don't know, but I could hint some of PCs know is it flying or not, but has not share with rest of PCs just yet. Talking is free in 5e combat, though I always suggest you keep conversation short (keep in mind turn is 6 seconds and spell casters spend at least some of if for verbal component)

Any changes to the creature when leaving the circle?

When you want to grab a creature or wrestle with it, you can use the Attack action to make a special melee attack, a grapple. If you’re able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this attack replaces one of them.
The target of your grapple must be no more than one size larger than you and must be within your reach. Using at least one free hand, you try to seize the target by making a grapple check instead of an attack roll: a Strength (Athletics) check contested by the target’s Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (the target chooses the ability to use). If you succeed, you subject the target to the grappled condition (see Conditions ). The condition specifies the things that end it, and you can release the target whenever you like (no action required).
Escaping a Grapple: A grappled creature can use its action to escape. To do so, it must succeed on a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check contested by your Strength (Athletics) check.
Moving a Grappled Creature: When you move, you can drag or carry the grappled creature with you, but your speed is halved, unless the creature is two or more sizes smaller than you.
Grappled
A grappled creature’s speed becomes 0, and it can’t benefit from any bonus to its speed.
The condition ends if the grappler is incapacitated (see the condition).
The condition also ends if an effect removes the grappled creature from the reach of the grappler or grappling effect, such as when a creature is hurled away by the thunderwave spell.
Invisible
An invisible creature is impossible to see without the aid of magic or a special sense. For the purpose of hiding, the creature is heavily obscured. The creature’s location can be detected by any noise it makes or any tracks it leaves.
Attack rolls against the creature have disadvantage, and the creature’s attack rolls have advantage.
Rolls
claw - (hit:1d20+9, dmg:2d6+5)
hit:1d20+9 : (7) + 9 = 16

I will narrate result and if any changes when move creature out - either when see @Pedrop turn or over the weekend after I cast Destructive Wave on behalf of Zean
"Now! Let's end it!" - Zean shouts while his eyes already start to be brighter and first sparks of electricity start to flow between his pupils and his handsome eyebrows and beard, growing and spreading over his shoulders and arms, and finally over whole of his body. He takes out his trusty Maul, tucked behind his belt in both hands... rises it, focusing the whole electric energy collected in his body and injecting it in the weapon to finally... hit the ground with all of his might and fury of thousand a raging storms!
BLAM! - the very essence of reality seams to be electrocuted in front of Zean and traveling with the speed of light towards their enemy with all of its mass and energy.
So using:

Vesuvius stands up and start swinging his weapon at the possible opponent, but he is still confused by recent teleportation and his swings are aimless.
Meanwhile Tante Lude see how Zean's magic affects the grog-like creature: it manages to escape the major waves as if reading the magic, smaller waves still hurt it severe.
As the chanting ends a fireball erupts. Zean, Tanle Lude, Bear, Vesuvius - you are all hit by the firaball
And it is your turn
