Hi! I think I'm back:) I have read this thread since my last post. It seams Zean was very effective under your control! Thanks for boting him! As I can see that Zean have made his attack this turn already (thanks again!), I will start to post his actions next turn. I presume due the Christmas surprise he is at full HP and have all spell slot active again?

Despite her lack of success, Lude continues to try the same thing. It may not be the wise move but the damn thing moved once, and from what she could see, it didn't look undead.

"Come out of that circle, you cursed Grung," she grunted as she cast and pulled again.

Firebolt hot the ground not hitting the invisible creature.
Bear manages to bite the invisible creature, but claws swing in the air.
Tante Lude feel creature keep avoiding here magic and telekinetic powers, she start to believe creature have some sort of resustance against her magic.
Zean though manage to hit creature with his sword, adding the thunder damage granted by his divine powers.
Meawhile Ixions body flickers and next moment you see a different body - the human that lie on the floor - the different human seems alive. He is wearing a Breastplate and looks surprised at you only be hit by a sword attack from the invisible creature another swing hits Zean and someone bites Bear
OOC:
Bear - 7 HP, Zean -7 HP, Vesuvius - 6 HP
OOC:
@WhiteDwarf please provide short visual description of your PC with your next turn action. Your PC is prone but otherwise could behave as normally. And yes enemy fit you through your AC 20

Splint Mail, not Breadtplate. Sry for the typo.
Lying on the ground with his splint armor perhaps riddled with grime, a black-bearded Tethyrian fellow clenches gaunleted fist. His teeth ground together seemingly in anger. The look on his face is one of a man about to emotionally explode, further confirmed as his clenched fist begins shaking!

The armored fellow exudes a troublesome and drawn-out (Sigh), and quickly opens his fist. He hand stretched out as though it’s reaching for something.

He gazes up from dungeonous floor with worrisome hazel eyes.

AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!

Vesuvius erupts with a violent shout, as a wound opens up from a foe unknown and unseen. His gauntleted hand outstretched, it becomes clear what he’s reaching for…a longsword, lying precariously nearby. As our paladinic fellow grabs the weapon…he blinks, and shudders. Disturbed by…something. A vision, perhaps?

Undeterred by his wound or his shuddering premonition, Vesuvius rises to armored feet. Along his left arm, a shield - the emblem of the Zhentarim emblazoned thereupon. And in his other hand…now, the longsword.

His vision untrammeled by any darkness, Vesuvius swings around, towards the priest and the bear being assailed, looking for his opponent. He follows the violent strike, guesses its source, and takes a swing!
OOC:
If I can swing at where I think the source of the enemy’s strike is coming, then I’ll do that.

Rolls

Longsword (Hex Warrior) - Attack - (1d20+9)

(1) + 9 = 10

Longsword (Hex Warrior) - Damage - (1d8+5)

(3) + 5 = 8

Longsword (Hex Warrior) - Extra Attack - (1d20+9)

(5) + 9 = 14

Longsword (Hex Warrior) - Damage - (1d8+5)

(2) + 5 = 7

Initiative if needed - (1d20)

(4) = 4

It seemed to Tante Lude that the Grung must have some immunity or resistance to her spells. So, she tried a different technique. Summoning a spiritual hammer from the forces that surround her, she tried to bring it down on the Grung. Then stepping forward into the circle she followed that up with a strike from her real hammer, amplified by her divine power.

Rolls

Spirit weapon (bonus, no concentration) - (1d20+8)

(10) + 8 = 18

Spirit weapon (force damage) - (1d8+4)

(2) + 4 = 6

War hammer - (1d20+5)

(11) + 5 = 16

War hammer damage (not magical) - (1d8+1)

(3) + 1 = 4

Divine strike (1/turn, radiant, on weapon attack) - (1d8+4)

(4) + 4 = 8
