As an alternative, if you are using the customer charactersheet, then you can add the NPC list, and just click the image on your sheet (see first code blog). This allows you (usually your gm) to post as NPC, but I also use it with familars
This will add this code bit. If you just post the 1 NPC then it will replace the main image just like Vexthraxir here.

You can also do it, npcs, in the non Custom sheets, you just have to put it in the Notes area or the items area.
