Within Lighting Keep

"Neither have I," Alex responds. "They have the same crest on them we keep seeing of the Wolf and three lightning bolts. Perhaps these serve a function inside the keep. I wish we knew more about this place." He puts the ring back in the coffer then places it in his pack. "Those will likely have to wait though."

We should explore more. Kurt will go across the hall with the party and open that door to view what more there is.

Five sets of bunk beds crowd this dusty, cobwebby room. The straw-filled mattresses are all rotted. No one has slept here in a long time.

On looking Kurt, "Hmm. I think we can deal with that room later. Unless someone feels the need." He checks to see if door E1 is locked or not.

Alex will do a quick search of the room with the decaying beds.

Grim will check door G2

Alex you find nothing of note in the bunk room.

The North door is locked. The top is N. The only place left on explored is the hallway to the right of the privy.

Considering the attempts to open the desk drawer, Kurt suggests, "Why don't we leave this door alone a bit and check out that other hallway. (A6)"

"I agree with Kurt, the hallway next to the privy seems like the next place to search," Alex says as he waits for a consensus.

"Works for me."

"Let's head."

The hallway is short and ends with one door at the end and one too your right.

Alex will approach the door on the right and give a listen before he tries to open it.

Alex hears rain being pelted against it by the wind and a single growl of thunder.

"Maybe you should let me look into this. Talos guide me." Grim will wait for Alex to move back then open the door.

The door to the right, that Alex was listening at, is locked.

Seeing that door to the right is locked, Kurt will try end door to see if it too is locked.

Kurt the door opens easily at your testing. The door swings open to reveal a room quite similar to the others you have seen. A narrow bed rests in the far corner of this sparsely furnished room. On the floor near the foot of the bed are an empty, overturned chest and a wooden coat stand.

Just feeling like it, Kurt check through the coat stand.
