Meepo sees that the stairs are very clearly meant to prevent easy detection. Without 37 opening, it's unlikely he would have seen the gaps in the stone floor.
Torhak recognizes the iron dragon head and the tear drop shaped gem as a symbol of the Blood of Vol. He shrugs off the sensation in his mark as excitement that this may have been a temple of his newfound belief.
Laulaith studies the fractured obelisks and then is excited to find one intact. Objects like these are very rare indeed. The magic has gone from the crystal within, but the runes on the stone remain. The runes indicate a very dark, necromantic curse, intended to bind someone to the magic within the now dormant crystal. Within the runes carved into the stone, she knows that whoever was bound to them was cursed to protect someone named "Kassel Katena" and "Vera Uzimilele", forever. She would know the magic was limited to a very small range. The crystal may not have the magic within anymore, but with the proper adjustments to the runes, a re-energized core... and someone to curse... this artifact would likely function again.
Moving to the cauldron, the elf senses powerfully dark transmutation magic within the cauldron. She immediately recognizes the object as a hag coven's cauldron. She recalls hearing there are two versions of this object, a gold and an iron. This being the gold one. She knows that such a powerful object needs attunement and that attempts to do so, are likely to result in death. An three foot long, aged grey feather, probably from a birdfolk, lays beside it. Other large greyed feathers also lay about, near the cauldron and then up the stairs.
Meepo peers in the tomb upon the remains of the lone woman left in the crypt. On the lid is inscribed,
"Vera
my beloved…"
Meepo finds the remains of a woman adorned in intricate gold jewelry. Wrapped in finely woven black dress. An equally elegant longsword and longbow lie beside her.
