Ygne's attack clanks off the Thug's breastplate, shaking him but not stirring him. The Thugs launch into action in response.

Rolls

Thug 2 mace attack on Ygne - (1d20+5)

(9) + 5 = 14

Archer 2 crossbow attack on Mekrien - (1d20+6)

(13) + 6 = 19

Thug 1 mace attack on Robon - (1d20+5)

(18) + 5 = 23

Archer 1 crossbow attack on Mekrien - (1d20+6)

(14) + 6 = 20

Nov 1, 2016 3:54 pm
The Thug's mace attack misses the side of Ygne's helm by a hair's breadth, the resulting breeze cooling the sweat soaked Druid.
OOC:
Miss.
Another thug swings his sizeable Mace at Robon though and connects with a vicious 'clunk' causing Robon to reel backwards in shock.
OOC:
Hit. 4 points of damage. Robon now at 22 hp out of the original 30.
Both archers find their mark with two more bolts rattling into Mekrien's flesh.
OOC:
10 points of damage to Mekrien. Milo up now.
Nov 1, 2016 6:22 pm
Milo heads from the one he felled to the next one, focusing on the nearest archer to himself. He rushes forward at the foe and throws his elbow forward in a fierce strike! He hopes to break the opponents nose and keep him from being able to aim!
"Don't hold this against me!" He shouts as he attacks his target!
His blow is actually from his other style, showing mastery of his art as he is able to switch mid-fight into a new attack!
OOC:
Previous attack, "Water Runs Free" allows him to pop free from an opponent so he can move to this next one. This next blow "Monkey Gives warning" Also allows this. So he will be able to use greeting fist once more.

Rolls

Monkey Gives Warning! Attack - (1d20+5)

(11) + 5 = 16

Monkey Gives Warning + Greeting Fist. If Hit, Damage - (2d8+4)

(32) + 4 = 9

Nov 2, 2016 11:26 pm
The archer dives out of the way of the blow and into the undergrowth. Disappearing from sight. As Milo focusses on the Archer, his mind strays from the nearby thug, who drives his mace upwards between Milo's legs causing Milo to wince in pain at the blunt force trauma to his nether regions.
OOC:
4 damage. Knife-eye up next.

Rolls

Thug 3 Mace attack on Milo - (1d20+5)

(13) + 5 = 18

Nov 3, 2016 11:56 pm
After the first jab with one of his blades, Jack lowers his center of gravity and dons a wild, wide-eyed look as he tries to anticipate the next action. He throws himself forward to roll beneath a high blow, attempting to leave this thug in the dust and assist one of his allies.
OOC:
Attacking Thug 4. If he drops somehow or I succeed on the disengage check, I want to dash over and engage Archer #1 who has been unloading on Mekrien.

Rolls

Tumbling Strike Vs Thug #4 - (1d20+6)

(7) + 6 = 13

Disengage (6+ success) - (1d20)

(10) = 10

Damage if Hit - (1d8+4)

(2) + 4 = 6

Disengage (6+ success) - (1d20)

(14) = 14

Damage if Hit - (1d8+4)

(1) + 4 = 5

Nov 5, 2016 4:16 pm
Knife-eye rams his blade into the soft fleshy bicep of his opponent before rolling over the ground and popping up in front of one of the archers. The archer looks as surprised as Knife-eye that the move was successful.
OOC:
Robon up next.
Nov 6, 2016 1:42 am
Sticking with Milo, Robon sees his mark dive into the bushes as it narrowly evades a blow. "Our foe can't get away so cleanly!" Shouts the forgeborn as it dives into the bush after the enemy.
OOC:
I'm not sure how you want to handle this, maybe a charge attack? Basically, how I'm picturing this is that Robon is throwing itself into the bushes at where it thinks the enemy would have landed. I'll roll to hit, and count this as movement, but should I somehow manage to aim true, what would you like me to do for for damage?
OOC:
Damage is obviously irrelevant, so now I'm in the bushes though, can I at least see the escapee?

Rolls

Attack, to hit - (1d20+4)

(3) + 4 = 7

Nov 6, 2016 2:20 pm
The Thug charges into the undergrowth after Robon and swings at him with his mace.
OOC:
Robon cannot see the Archer who has melted into the night, plus the arrival of the thug has directed Robon's attention to the more pressing matter of being mashed like a banana. I'm going to apply a -2 penalty to the thug's roll simply because Robon is diving all around in undergrowth like a stuntman and that must surely count as cover of a sort.
OOC:
With the -2 applied that's a 22 so still a hit for 4 damage. Robon is down to 18HP, 3 away from being staggered.

Rolls

Thug attack on Robon - (1d20+5)

(19) + 5 = 24

Nov 6, 2016 2:37 pm
Mekrien and the zombies continue to wage war on the thugs in front of them.

Rolls

Mekrien attack on Thug - (1d20+7)

(11) + 7 = 18

Shuffle attack on Thug - (1d20+8)

(10) + 8 = 18

Shrug attack on Thug - (1d20+8)

(18) + 8 = 26

Nov 6, 2016 2:42 pm
Mekrien's shadow bolt hits the Thug, burning him to a crisp immediately and he drops to the ground stone dead. Shuffle and Shrug increase their death grip on the other two thugs. Both are starting to look weak and their eyes are rolling back in their heads.
OOC:
Thug 2 is dead. Thugs 1 & 3 are very, very staggered and look on the verge of expiring.

Ygne up next to start the new round. Escalation die at +2.

The initiative order now looks like this:

24 Ygne
23 Human Thug 2
19 Human Archer 2
17 Human Thug 1
15 Human Archer 1
14 Milo
13 Human Thug 3
12 Knife-eye
10 Robon
8 Human Thug 4
4 Mekrien
4 Shuffle
4 Shrug
Nov 6, 2016 5:44 pm
In truth, Ygne had her eyes closed for that last attack. By the time she had opened them again, her target was killed, and she grinned from ear to ear thinking that she had bested her foe single-handed.

With a prideful look in her eye, she charges the next nearest foe...

Rolls

Charging and stabbing the Archer highest on initiative. - (1d20+7)

(4) + 7 = 11

If somehow a hit...! - (1d8+4)

(5) + 4 = 9

Nov 7, 2016 7:36 pm
Ygne charges and stabs flailingly at thin air. As she tries to regain her composure, the archer draws his shortsword and swings at her midriff connecting strongly and leaving a gaping wound.
OOC:
5 damage to Ygne. Does Ygne do any damage to the archer on a miss?

Rolls

Archer Shortsword Attack on Ygne - (1d20+5)

(18) + 5 = 23

Nov 7, 2016 7:39 pm
Thug (1) continues his to and from battle with Robon by swinging his mace, although now wearily.
OOC:
4 damage to Robon. Milo up next.

Rolls

Thug attack on Robon - (1d20+5)

(16) + 5 = 21

Nov 7, 2016 7:44 pm
OOC:
1 damage on a miss :) Also I can't roll well at all this fight!

Also for record's sake, I'm at 19/24 hp.

Nov 8, 2016 8:13 pm

1d8 : (7) = 7

Nov 9, 2016 11:14 pm
The thug slumps to the floor, like a sack of potatoes.
OOC:
Thug 1 is dead.
As Milo was running to Robon's aid, the Thug attacking him takes a desperate swing with his mace.
OOC:
That was Thug 3's turn. Milo takes 4 damage. Now down to 13/21 hp.

Knife-eye then Robon please.

Rolls

OOC:
Can I use my natural even hit ability to interrupt the guy who attacked me?
