Curse you and your boyfriend. You're not worth the air you breathe! And you don't even breathe! Baric cuts the assault spell off with a hiss and runs past the spirit at a sprint.
Halting between the two spirits, he realizes that there's more than just the one spirit to get past. He backs against the wall, rapier drawn, ready to attack any of the creatures potentially about to attack him.

The wiry wight that is harrying Erran's flank turns to meet Devanis' strikes, but is too late. The shortsword and handaxe both cut deep across its arm and chest, raking flesh and muscle beneath. Just as it turns, Pyrrah's arrow strikes, splitting the creature's forehead as the arrow breaks through its skull with a crrrack! It remains standing, eyes going wild as it lashes out against Devanis with a hand tipped with jagged, yellow nails. He rakes Devanis across the forearm, turning portions of his sleeve to bloody ribbons (Crit; 8 Slashing Damage).
The wisp from the most recently perished wight approaches Erran from behind, wrapping one of its tendrils around his upper arm and sapping his strength. There is little effect other than to cause Erran's arms to buckle and the door to come crashing inward. The wood breaks into splinters on Erran's sword and armor, revealing the foe behind it. Standing tall is a skeleton with cracking bones and long pairs of fangs. Within its sockets are embers burning a fiery orange, and upon its forehead is etched a glowing, purple rune. It is armored in full platemail that is black from the midsection and up, as though covered in ash, while the rest of it looks rather rusted, but silver. He wields a greatsword, broad and straight, with various runes carves into the blood channel in the middle.

The skeletal foe tilts its head down, the angle of its teeth making it appear as though it is smiling from ear-to-ear. It moves the tip of the greatsword forward, drawing the handle back to the side of its head as he levels it parallel to the floor. It is aimed directly at Erran, and the skeleton's armor clinks and shifts as he assumes an aggressive stance.

Additionally, if there was any concern about it, the wisp attacked and missed Erran. I rolled Erran's athletics and the skeleton won, so I just flavored the wisp as weakening Erran to give the skeleton the upper hand. I'll tend to do stuff like that a lot, if you haven't noticed.
Aaannnd, going to do Ameera's vision of the room now.
Battle Map
Ameera moves close to the door, next to Pyrrha, and crouches down in a three point stance, ready to slip back out if the boys don't stop playing.

You'll be no use to anyone if you stay and be slaughtered here, if he wants to die so soon, so be it.
Erran thinks to himself, but pushes the guilt of his selfishness aside as the undead juggernaut advances toward him, "Perhaps we shall dance another day, my dear!" He jests to the skeleton before turning tail to the creature and making way for the door.
