Was I right in thinking that this game had been billed as having a slower posting pace? I will try to post once a day and often more but occasionally, it might be a day or two. I hope that’s not a problem.

Yeah, it was said to be about 3 posts a week. For me it will also depend from week to week how fast I can be.

Yeah, same for me! I usually post every other day or so, but I can miss a day or two at times. I certainly don't mind pauses between posts. :3

Yes it will be a more relaxed pace. I think everybody is just excited to kick things off. I usually post frequently but I'm going to deliberately pace myself so we don't leave anybody behind!

Do we talk OOC about what we're thinking of doing next? Because my current idea is to have Amelie tumble down the stairs cause of all the stuff they're carrying. 😅

If Amelie takes a tumble, it can lead into Percy's whoopsie of blaming it on himself. :D I was just thinking of accidental arsonism and knocking stuff around without meaning to so far, but there are many possibilities!

You are certainly free to RP and do whatever you’d like your character to do, both within and outside the framework of your Bingos and Whoopsies.

Once everybody is here and ready to start in earnest, somebody will need to do a Bingo or Whoopsie specifically to press on and start drawing cards from the deck. When an Omen is revealed, we will stop and wait for everybody to have a chance to react to it before somebody else interacts with the deck again.

I made a "character sheet" for the game, but it's just the image of the Viv page. Is that OK?

And how do I post as her? I don't see the option here, like I do in other games. I apologize for my ignorance! I just joined GP like a month ago.

@Drgwen Yes, it's perfectly fine to just have the image for your character! I've approved her, so you should see the option to post as her now.

I don't mind people going ahead with RP while I'm too busy to post. Sometimes the back and forth between 2 characters goes very fast. But please keep in mind that others might want to chime in on a conversation that they are not yet part of.

It has happened to me that I've logged in to find 10+ new posts and I missed a chance to add something fun to the 2nd one when the moment is already past.

I would appreciate ppl watching out for that a bit ☺️. But I won't be a sourpuss about it either. Hehe

I found this older thread with a similar card deck issue. I don't think there's a solution for it yet.

We'd have to keep a list of "out of the deck cards" and redraw if we hit one of those.
How many cards leave the deck on average in a chapter?
