Anybody who wishes to move us along may do a Bingo or Whoopsie to draw from the deck.

Does this mean every player except Parish must do a whoopsie or just 1 other person must do a whoopsie?
The last time, when you said "Anybody who isn't Parish.." I interpreted it as "all the players have to...". But now I'm thinking I might have read it wrong.

Ah, you're right. The specific text is "anyone," not "anybody" or "everyone." But it also doesn't say "somebody." Like many things in this game, it's open to interpretation. We can say that at least one person needs to do the Whoopsie, and now that they have, we can continue on. :)

@Drgwen, Viv hasn't drawn from the deck yet so she'll have the opportunity to do so now if she wants to.
