Jandral finishes off one of the wounded grimlocks and retreats behind some stalactites.

In a desperate attempt to to lend aid to his companion on the front line, Golwen lashed out with arcane flame once more. As soon as the bolt of fire left his fingertips, the elf retreated for his life back to join Parallel.

Fire and displace. Fire and displace. He might still survive this ordeal...

Haesh takes a stand against the remaining grimlocks knowing that this might be the end. He attempts to keep the grimlocks from moving forward while trying to dodge their attacks.

OOC:

I'm assuming they cannot move through my square... Also, I'm using dodge as my action.

Cmbrian Inactive forever!

The three grimlocks lash out at Haesh, attempting to overwhelm through strength and numbers. However, they cannot best the warrior's dedicated defense and are as ineffective as gnats upon a mountain.

The other grimlock seems to ignore its comrade that just fell, and continues to retreat. Meanwhile, Rhodrick's body is dragged in a slow, yet purposeful, direction.

Parallel switches back to the bow and peers around the corner to take aim at the Grimlock directly in front of Haesh.

rolling as an unseen attacker since he's coming from around the corner -- if not appropriate, please use the first roll

He retreats back to his spot (AC18) and hides until his next attack.

Jandral starts moving - to follow Haesh or to help the rest of his companions, he hasn't yet decided. He fires off another spell, hoping to end one of the retreating creatures.

The two grimlocks square off against the warrior, swinging their clubs wildly amidst the fiery blasts that explode around them, even as one staggers under a hit. The spiked weapons only find purchase against Haesh's shield, much to their frustrations.

As though ignorant to the fate of its allies, Grimlock9 continues to pull Rhodrick's unconscious body.

In the darkness, a greasy spot on the cavern floor dries up and fades away.
