Glad you're all enjoying the game! I've been playing since the 90s, so Turanel2 probably has a few more epic moments under their belt—but I'm working on catching up. 😄
Like GreyWord mentioned a few days ago, taking risks can really bring the story to life. I’m definitely a forever GM type who roots for the PCs—so unless the dice have other plans, I’m not the one stacking odds against you. I try to make the consequences interesting, not cruel.
As for game types, I enjoy variety. Dungeon crawls, combat-heavy or light, deep roleplay, exploration, intrigue—I'll happily run or play any of them. But for PBP, I lean toward rules-light systems, like we’re using here. They really play to the format’s strengths: richer descriptions, storytelling, and more room for creative roleplaying.
Looking forward to what you all do next!
