Continues moving things from the other two boats onto this one.

As you move things from one boat to the other and get ready to resume travels, how do you want to manage duty rotation. Before I had each of the three conscious people doing 8 hours of work and then 16 hours off, assuming that you'd be spending that time resting, tending to the knocked out ones, etc as well as getting 1 long rest in there. Now that you have 9 people on the craft, and 8 of you are capable of working normally (Stool can only read charts and tend to the tiller, he can't effectively row), how do you want to do this? If you have, for example 3 people on each shift you can have two rowers and a navigator/tiller controller. That let's you move at a fast pace (cuts your travel time from 21 days to 14 days) at normal maneuverability. If you have 5 people working (essentially most people work for 16 and then have 8 off) you still move at a fast pace but with improved maneuverability which would give you advantage on any checks made to avoid things like sandbars and such. Alternatively, you can have 2 people on duty which would give you normal speed and normal maneuvering (21 day transit) or 1 person on duty which would be slow speed (28 days of transit) and poor maneuverability (D/A on checks to avoid). It's slow on this boat because it's larger and can't be effectively navigated and rowed by a single person. The benefit there is you'd have a lot of down time to look at stuff and would have advantage on perception checks to spot threats. If you are all intending on using the rations and water aboard the new boat, there's no need for fishing/foraging checks for at least a 30 day trip.

I have to say that is impressive work sir, I do see how the 5 on could be problematic. I am ok with 6 on.

K, we'll go with that plan then. I'll post up what happens as you venture out on your new craft when I get to the office with a real keyboard.
