Part 2: The Bacta Run

Jack turns to Boha and says, "I think slipping by might be the best thing for us. Savi or myself could get in, certainly, but what would we do from there unless we had uniforms?"

He shrugs, "I think it might be best if you could get this device onto one of the computers sometime after their hours of operation."

Bo takes the device and cases the recruiting station.

Savi nods at Jack's description. "The next step is information gathering. Anything we can do to help get that device into position let us know."

Bo takes up a place to watch the office for a few hours. She looks for anyone she might have missed, double check for cameras, judges the best way to approach the building unseen, takes into account the pattern of bystander activity. When she feels she will have a moment she will try to slice the handprint scanner.

Doc sits in a cantina close to the office, looking for all the worlds like a weary office drone just trying to forget about the mind numbing drudgery of day to day life working in the district. Sitting in a booth with a drink in front of him he's barely touched he's been careful to position himself with a good view of the street any local security forces would head down to the office in the event of an alert being triggered, his commlink in his off hand ready to signal Bo in the event of any unexpected company heading his way.

Bo rushes across and into the recruiting station. She is inside, door closed behind her and crouching before taking in the room she entered.

Savi is in position across the street from the office such that he can click his comlink to signal Bo if anyone is about to intrude on her work. He will appear to be reading an Imperial news release on his datapad.

Jack, meanwhile, is inside the same cantina as Doc, but is paying no attention to the goings-on outside. He's always trusted the quiet Rodian in these instances. And so Jack sits at the bar, a few empty drinks around him on the counter and another in his fist as he ponders recent events.

Avox decides that the presence of a heavily-armed person such as himself might be a bit much for laying low. As such, he stays several buildings away and keeps a close ear on the comm link. The signal from Doc or Savi would mean he would either have to move in to cover them, or go prepare the ship for a speedy getaway in the worst case scenario.

Bo crouches down and ducks over to the computer station. She spins the sliding pieces of the cylinder to prepare it's activation and attaches it magnetically to the station. Bo triggers the device and turns her full attention to the quiet room and the outside street.

Seeing the troopers walking down the street Savi immediately does two things. First, his hand already in his pocket holding his comlink, he triggers the call button three distinct times to let Bo know she won't be alone for much longer.

Second, he casually puts up his datapad, stands, and approaches the troopers, hailing them. "Good evening, troopers. I was wondering if you'd be so kind as to answer a couple questions from a duty-minded citizen interested in joining your ranks to help bring order to the Galaxy."
