Ygne's got that high wisdom but cleric doesn't seem to fit. We can always reflavour it though. Maybe Way of the Shadow Monk would fit well?

Personally I'm pretty happy with Elspa as a straight-forward barbarian. I've no problem with other characters wanting to dabble in the black arts, and I will gladly RP Elspa as being highly mistrustful of such practices.

Likely what will happen is that I won't be able to think of anything for Ygne to multiclass into. She's pretty much a thief, through and through. I could definitely see her making some demon pact and becoming a warlock, but she'd be a pretty sad excuse for one, with her Charisma :)

Frick probably wouldn't multiclass, but I do like that the option is there for others. Frick simply likes the feel of his weapon in hand too much to give it up for magic :)

I sure hope someone with more foresight than I thought to bring some of those copper pots for trading with these villagers.

What are the clothes like? It matters to Jarveena: "I ain' wearin no fuckin' dress!"

They consist of loose-fitting pants and open-front shirts made from lightweight, breathable cotton cloth and dyed in a variety of patterns and colours. They prioritize movement and staying cool, and look more akin to a karate gi than a dress.

I'm not sure Jarveena is gonna be real happy with this behavior!

I'm gonna say I don't think I've seen characters in a group better role-played than in this group. And the DM is an amazing facilitator.

My current understanding of the situation: we have Moss and Ygne (editted this post to include Ygne) at the top of the stairs, and everyone else still on the beach.

I hate to be a stickler for this kind of positioning, but I also don't want to put words in anyone's mouth presently.

That's always a struggle! Sometimes the players feel as if something should be assumed, but as a DM, it feels wrong to do so!
