The moment the doors are cracked open, Ivor looks for Derry. There she is, on the ground, bleeding out. Fuck. With his trident too, and just out of reach. Double fuck. Now the girls make a mad rush for the opening. Ivor draws his handaxes, prepared to chop down anything that isn't human that comes through that door. "Light! Some light back there!" he roars over his shoulder.

Maeriks... then backs through the door "Back!" he commands to everyone.

I hear it, Jabes.
We'll see the developments in these next moments, and the transition from TR3 into BR3 - see how it goes on who is getting through the door.
CB, if Maeriks is going through the door, send me a "sub-Initiative" roll so I can determine his sequence.
Everyone is flooding in, a limited number of people per time - I know it is splitting hairs but I really want to capture details on the scene to lay out who gets through, what order, who is boxed out to continue to face the hallway threats, etc.
Also remember you can roll Sub-Initiative with STR if you are barreling through all competitors.
If you are waiting for all the women to get through, disregard this but also be prepared to probably not get through this round also.

Maeriks will back out with Kray, assuming he's not rushing past the women. If he does rush, Maeriks will just be last then... which will probably get him killed but... oh well.

Kray sees the crazed psycho raising his weapon, but doesn't hesitate. He rares back with all of his might, swings the Yatagan, and cuts the guy's head off. The blade catches the Glaaki pawn at the soft flesh of the neck and slides completely through. The motion of the blade pops the masked head up in the air and spinning clockwise. The body's arm instantly drops the sickle and slumps forward, continuing in its last motion before beheading. The bloody circle of gore at the body's neck sprays arterial blood from both sides. The blood splatters in dots across Kray's surcoat as the headless corpse plods forward. Kray has to take a step back as the shoulder of the body pushes forward at his hip as it crashes down to the stone floor.

His other strike already in motion, Kray stabs the falcata out at the next madman to his right. The blade slides through the barbarian's ribs, high at the shoulder blades across his back, near the spine spike wound.

Yup. Bryn is not risking himself for these boarderline strangers.

If this were Talius, he would of stepped in front of Maeriks to protect him and then jump into a swamp after him.

A cruel and malicious grin spreads across Kray's face as he revels in the art of death and the business of slaughter.

It's funny, I constantly think about how bad our characters would smell after what they have just done.
