from
Medic feat:
During a short rest, you can clean and bind the wounds of up to six willing beasts and humanoids. Make a DC 15 Wisdom (Medicine) check for each creature. On a success, if a creature spends a Hit Die during this rest, that creature can forgo the roll and instead regain the maximum number of hit points the die can restore. A creature can do so only once per rest, regardless of how many Hit Dice it spends.
... Iasu can treat everybody via the Medic feat during the Short Rest. Additional healing via the Healer feat at 1 Action (6 seconds?) per patient, but there is the matter of the last sentence there. During the last Short Rest, Iasu treated
Kray and
Bryn.
That one is a open to interpretation. So the question, I think, is: When can the same person receive Medic treatment (Max on a single HD roll for HP recovery) again after he received it the first time?
I guess I'll weigh in. I think that the last sentence is a guard against stacking up multiple HD max-outs per a single Short Rest. It seems to be talking about "a Hit Dice", not "any number of Hit Dice". So if a person gets the Medic max-roll on one HD during one Short Rest, I think he can do it again at another Short Rest.
With that in mind, I think Kray and Bryn could both receive Medic Treatment again and substitute a max number for one HD in lieu of rolling for it.
In Ep 2, I see
Kray rolled for 3 HD. So to cut to the chase in a practical sense: Ez you could change one of those rolls, your choice, to a max HP recovery of 10.
Ox, if Bryn does Medic treatment, he can get a max number instead of a roll on one HD if he wants.
