"Ho jo to ho!"
He says fumbling with his rapier and "accidentally" bumping into the dragonborn, who should feel lighter now that he has been relased of the annoying weight of his gold purse.
Before the Dragonborn reacts, Markus throws him his purse back, "Careful mister, you've dropped that."
"Now, let's go about besting this challenge eh? Teamwork? Now, as your leader, cunning strategist and handsome advisor, I think the big Guy there and our Glorious Maiden should charge whatever they throw at us while me and the little girl here go around it to flank... You stay behind me little girl, and try to kick it in the nuts."

If Mynok happened to die would it be discounted from our earnings?"
Markus asks the questions everyone should be asking, and his body language stating that he will resort to haggling if the need arises to walk out of the room with enough coin for supplies and equipment.
From my belt pouch I pull out some chalky red paint, pat my hands together, and put both hands on the top of my head, and lightly scratch down the surface of my face and head, etching the red paint along with it. It looks like I have massive open gashes on my face.

A man approaches Mynok. You're too late. Mynok. The feared attack happened. Our city is destroyed.
Without saying a word, Mynok wanders into the city, a look of shock on his face. He stops in front of a burnt, collapsed house and falls to his knees, head down.
Mayor Thom looks at him, solemnly. I'm sorry my boy, they are dead.
Mynok falls back to his knees.
Brunhilde sings a stirring lament for Mynok's people.
Hello. You guys look capable. My name's Lena and these people need our help.
He then stands up, chuckling about the thought of the gnome’s face when he decides to drink the blood of his next foe in front of her, just to get a rise out of her. He snaps out of it, focusing on the task at hand. What do ya bring to our crew, Miss Lena?
I have an odd collection of skills and I can bring out the best in people. Some even call me enchanting she says with a smile.
you know, this is your show. I'm not trying to take over or anything. Just know that I'm really persuasive, she says with a cheeky grin and a wink. Also, I've never spoken to a goblin before. I wonder what they're like. Do you think they can speak common?

Greetings oh great and powerful Ghurlq, lord of the goblins. I bring greetings from the village. They know that they are no match for you and your powerful tribe, so they wish to make a bargain. What would it take to have you call off your raids on the village?
We seek yer help.
We b’lookin’ for the grup who attacked the settlement yonder.. ‘T’was a grup of mephits, goblins, and trolls.
We are hunting a raiding party of Mephits, goblins and trolls. They just raided the nearby humanoid settlement. Oh mighty Ghurlq, in your infinite wisdom, could you please tell us where to find these foul creatures?
Then she turns to the others and says in common
The raiding party is camped in the north on the way towards the mountains. Should be about a day's travel away. Do you think we should report back to the town or just go and stop them ourselves?
Lena, can ye communicate with the goblins, see if Ghurlq has someone who knows Common so I c'n hunt these monsters with 'em?
Then Lena packs up her things and gets ready to go.
