Freed from the probing babble and mindless floor (or was it the other way around?), Ybus plants his feet and yells, "Goongala!" before launching a white bolt of crackling energy at the escaping creature.

"Raf, don't let it get away!" growls Lio, launching a throwing star at the creature above his brother's head.

1d20+5 : (8) + 5 = 13

Lio: Throwing Star, Piercing Damage - (1d20+3, 1d4+3)

Myche steps daintily around the remains of the mouther he clubbed to death, looking at the ceiling and drainpipe. He draws out a ninja star himself, but instead heads over to Baracus who is breathing hard, shaking with rage.

"Hey big buy! It's not easy been green, amirite? But there's nothing as therapeutic as nailing an eye ball with one of these suckers at fifty yards. Give it try!

Myche hands the throwing star to Baracus, who reaches out and takes it. He winds up his arm.

"... no, not like that. Like this!"

Myche shows him the proper throwing technique, and then Baracus executes.

OOC:

Myche takes a help action, aiding Baracus on his ranged attack. Baracus attacks with the throwing star with advantage. Having trouble editing the map on my phone, but intended Myche to move alongside Baracus.

Mych starts his turn outside the AoE so he doesn't need to save even though he enters (wonky rule but we're going with it).

Erden stumbles back into the wall as the spit finds its way into his eyes, "Ah, damn it!" he curses loudly, trying to wipe the stuff out of his eyes.

Erden is doing nothing this round, since he can't see. Not worries about using my re-roll since they're almost dead

Don-Yi rushes to join Raf at the drainpipe, not wanting to let the thing escape. He smashes at it with his spear and launches a flurry of kicks and punches at it.

OOC:

The drainpipe, and therefore the creature, is about 15 feet above the floor. A spear throw would hit it but melee attacks can't reach it.

Then he'll throw his spear. All the stuff should be the same for attack, but damage will become d6+1, which I'll add to the original post

Round 4: Erden & Don-Yi

While Erden struggles with the blinding mucus, Don-Yi throws his spear at the escaping monster. The weapon skewers the creature and stays stuck there a moment before clattering to the floor. (5 damage). The creature still lives! It oozes into the drainpipe...it's almost gone!

Round 4: Rafiel & Urban

The maddening voices are having an effect on Urban and Rafiel. The turtle seems to have lost all his rage - indeed, his entire will to fight. He stands rooted to the spot, eyes glazed, arms hanging idle at his sides. Urban is no better: he starts walking away from the fight, mumbling to himself, and brushes past Rydler on his way back into the tunnel.

Round 4: Rydler

"Urban! Snap out of it!" Rydler tries to get through to his friend, but Urban doesn't seem to hear. Those things need to be silenced! Rydler points a finger at the creature at the drainpipe and a radiant beam lances towards it. Unbelievably, it manages to get away, disappearing into the drainpipe. Likewise, the one above Erden escapes through a tiny crack in the stonework.

With the gibbering things gone, the Urban and Rafiel soon regather their wits. The sewers are suddenly eerily quiet save for the splish-splashing of the water.

OOC:

• Combat over! What do you want to do now?
• Final look at Battle Grid.
• Party Status:
Baracus: 32/40hp.
Rydler: 24/24hp

Urban: 13/34hp

Erden blows out a sigh of relief, checks to make sure none of his men are badly wounded, and then turns to the turtles, "What in the hell were those things!?" he blurts out, totally flabbergasted now that the fight is over.
