Correct, 4 foot across and 7 foot high, with green fungus lining the walls. Looking ahead past the remains of the Enemy is a crossroads as the main passage leads off to each side.

Taffy side-steps the creature and his assumed deceased comrades and makes for the crossroads. Now with an abundance of caution, he glances down both passageways before fully exposing himself.

To the north there is a very strong smell like sour milk. The north and south corridors open into larger rooms, to the south after about 25', to the north 50'. The main corridor east stretches as far as you can see. There is no sign of the enemy.

Mathis smells this room before he enters it: a fetid odor, like sour milk, pervades the surrounding corridors.
Dominating the center of this huge chamber (roughly one hundred-feet square) is a crude sculpture , a cubist -like artifact, somehow defying gravity and hovering over a circle of five standing stones.

As you enter you notice there is a tarry substance on the floor, making the ground sticky to walk upon. Mathis instantly recongnises it as the ooze left behind by a dead MiGo. Judging by the thickness and spread of the goo, staggering amounts of mi-go
have met their end here.

The standing stones are about five-feet high and covered in the unusual script you've seen elsewhere and unnerving depictions of crudely drawn mouths, eyes, and what could be tentacles.

On the ground off to the right is a large 10 foot grate.

All of this combines to make Mathis feel strange.

"What in the bloody hell is this?" Taffy asks with a pained look on his face as he confronts the noxious fumes. He then walks over to the grate to see what lies beneath.

Doc hobbles into the chamber, eyes wild as he takes in the bizarre structure, attempting to glean any sort of meaning from it. He shakes his head and puckers his nose as the fetid smell floats into his nostrils. "What in the...?"
