Without any time to recover from the hallucination, Karabekian is jolted by the Celia's blood-curdling scream. Is it real, or... Without finishing the thought, he bolts out the door to see if she is alright.

Karabekian lurches into the corridor toward the next room. The door to Celia's room is ajar and looking inside gives him pause. Celia is strapped down on the bed and a four-legged and four armed figure in a nurses uniform stands over her, it's back to you.
In each hand, a surgical instrument, two saws, a scalpel and a syringe. The scream is cut short and the figure turns around with Celia's severed head in one of its hands. The nurse's face is full of blinking insect-like eyes and a wide mouth lined with needle-sharp teeth.
"Most satisfactory. Next patient, please!"

Karabekian once read a story where the protagonist, after waking from a horrid nightmare, goes about his day, only to awake in his bed again and realize he's still been dreaming. Shaking off the disorientation, the man takes the train to work, only to awake yet again...and again and again, ad infinitum. Karabekian wonders if he has become this man as he bolts from his bed once more and heads in the direction of the woman's screams.

Karabekian dashes out of the room and finds the screaming comes from Emma Newton's room. An attendant is already with her, calming her down. Everything seems normal. The other patients emerge from their rooms.
"Good morning everyone," smiles Dr Thorne as he walks down the corridor, "Breakfast will be served shortly."

Marc comes out of his room Breakfeast sounds great, he then addresses Karabekain I take it your night was much more peaceful then others, I can certainly imagine waking up screaming from what I experienced.

You make your way to the washrooms before breakfast and can't help but notice that more cobwebs have appeared overnight. Little spiders sit in the webs and seem to watch as you pass by and larger spiders scuttle along the skirting boards.
Larry , who enters the washroom first, sees a dozen large spiders scurry and escape down the central grate in the middle of the tiled floor.

Charlie gets up and makes his way to the washroom, mildly perturbed by the appearance of cobwebs.

Once washed, everyone heads to breakfast and as Larry comments about the spiders, Emma Gill lets out scream and recoils into a corner, "Spider! Spider! A spider fell into my clothes!" screams frantically, clutching at her robe.
One of the attendants rushes in to help but she is hysterical. She is led back to her room.
The rest of you sit down in the breakfast hall and everyone else is present.
