Stalwart goes after the orc he dragged in the pit. He slashes at the orc with Heaven's Call as he climbs out.

I am assuming the orc is trying to climb out. Question: Are orcs considered enemies of the fey?

Orcs are no enemy of the fey. Most outsiders are. So demons, undead etc. But most mortals are not.

The two orcs closest to you are now dead. Ronda shoved one into the pit and it ended up being impaled by two spikes. Stalwart shops the arms off of the orc who is trying to get out. Now he can't. He is no longer a threat, although someone may wish to silence his screams when you get the chance.

The leader of the orcs takes his javelin and points it towards the heavens. You all watch in shock as a dark cloud gathers above his head and a bolt of lightning strikes the tip of the javelin and crackles continuously up and down the length of the weapon, without seeming to harm the orc. He pulls back his arm and throws it at you. As it comes towards you, you see sparks strike out from the javelin and hit various objects...

I would like Ronda, Stalwart, Duke and Yorrick to make dexterity saving throws DC 13 please.
Four of the orcs stay where they are and throw javelins at the party while the other five take to their horses and disappear into the trees.

You may attempt to guess their intent with a perception check DC 14.

@Duke: There were only two within range. They are now dead.

@Stalwart: The other orcs were 60 feet away. I am happy to allow them to be within 30 feet now, assuming you went surprise round, move to engage the closest orcs
Round 1 kill the orcs and move towards the leader's group.

If you did not move towards them, they would have moved towards you, so either way, they are currently 30 feet away.

Yorrick passes the dex save, but still gets hit by the attack. It does not break the spider form.

Yorrick would not have any idea for military strategy and would assume that the running orcs are just cowards.

Laughing at the orcs fleeing on horseback, Ronda charges the orc leader. As she throws a wild haymaker, her ghostly ancestral guardians swirl about her.

IF that hits, then until the start of my next turn the orc leader has disadvantage on any attack roll that isn’t against me, and when he hits a creature other than me with an attack, that creature has resistance to the damage dealt by the attack.
