I miss this game

Hey all, just popping in to say: We're so sorry! We really didn't mean to ghost on everyone like that, but a rough week turned into a rough month, and then the holidays looked like there might be relief on the other side of the busy, and then 2019 hit us like a truck.

We really appreciate the work that's been done to help us play test these new subclasses, so we're sorry to have to admit to ourselves and officially to you all what you have clearly known for a while, which is that this game (or series of them) is cancelled until further notice. We're also sorry we weren't more communicative as things were happening.

These subclasses have been a labour of love for Carcabob and Araklusta for a while now, and I know they want to get back to them at some point. In the meantime, we hope you had fun while it lasted, and that you stay subscribed to this thread just in case. If you use these subclasses in other games, please pop back in and leave us your feedback. We'd love to hear it.

BEHOLD!! We have finally returned from our banishment to the planes of chaos!

All of the subclasses have received updates and we've added several more! Instead of continuing on Gamersplane, however, we have a Discord server, though it will still be play-by-post. With the D&D Beyond integration, it should be just as easy as Gamersplane for our purposes, if not moreso.

Again, I apologize for my absence. I got hit pretty bad with anxiety/depression and I'm still dealing with that blow. It was never my intention to invite you all to play and then abandon you! If you've missed this stuff as much as I have, there's some good news to share: I'm starting to feel like this game can be a thing again. Be on the lookout for news here within the next couple of weeks!

I do plan on running games here on GP, but carcabob's link to our Discord above is still a great place to chat more easily about the subclasses and stuff. Feel free to join in!

Yes, old characters are definitely welcome! Maybe just double-check whatever subclass you were using to make sure that we haven't made any changes since you played him last.

Obligation is so intriguing! I've never had anyone else try it out before though, so that will be cool.
