Kama is unable to move back, beset on all sides by skeletons and loathe to grant any of them an opportunity to strike.

Gimblyn swing his staff towards a skeleton, hurling a fire bolt at the one closest to Kama. "Kama!" his staff stayed pointed after the follow through.

Kama swings twice, but misses both times, too concerned about the growing number of skeletons to really line up a strike.

Stormsong's spells booms, causing everyone to have a massive headache. All of the remaining bones, weapons, and rubble go flying to crash against the opposite wall. The force washes over the skeletons, causing bones to crack and weaken, knocking several of them to the floor, but they begin to climb to their feet immediately.

Gimblyn's fire bolt crashes into the chest of U8, scorching bones black, but the skeleton remains standing.

Xora moves so that she can see into the room and fires an arrow at the same skeleton the Gimblyn just hit and the one next to it. Her first arrow takes U8 down, and her second smashes into U9's chest.

1d20+7 : (7) + 7 = 14

1d8+3 : (4) + 3 = 7

Three skeletons attack Stormsong, trying to overwhelm him with sheer numbers. Two of them manage to strike him, one rusted blade digging deep into his side and the other into his leg (Two criticals, 22 damage total. 11 per hit).

Four skeletons stab at Kama with their rusty blades. He manages to avoid getting hit by three, but the last one dodged leaves him off balance and he gets a nasty slice on his side (21 vs AC 16, 6 damage).

Kama slashes at one of the skeletons behind the group, trying to clear the door. His eyes betray a fury as his blood spills, working to fight off the pain with battlelust.

OOC:

BTW, AC is now 17, as Kama took the Fighting Style of Defense for +1 whenever he wears armor.

Kama's attack smashes U9 to little bits. Bone shards go flying everywhere and the skull flies out into the hallway.

Stormsong summons all the strength of the mountain folk and resists some of the damage dealt. He then gets busy with his longsword on U7.

Stormsong manages to completely shrug off one of the blows, but his return attack misses badly.

Gimblyn's firebolt causes U5 to collapse into a pile of bones.

Xora's arrows scatters U1 to the winds, causing a spray of thorns to spray forth, hitting the adjacent skeletons. U2 and U3 take the full brunt of the attack, destroying them as well.

U6 and U7 swing at Stormsong, but they both miss, the bard being more cautious now.

U4 swings at Kama with it's rusty blade, but the warrior easily blocks the blow.

"If I only had a way to attack more than one at a time..." thinks Stormsong. Suddenly an enlightened look crosses his face and he whips out the wand from that Red Wizard and fires bolts at the three nearest skeletons.
