Grasping his new hammer with both hands Ziggy scans the room for threats.

The barbarian wears a quizzical expression until suddenly, "YES! I reckon I remember the name of the being worshiped here! Was it not Juiblex?!? A formless god of jellies and puddings.... and now I'm hungry."

OOC:

I'm happy about my roll, totally works with my dialogue.
I'll be sticking with Zigurd when we move on. I aim to be Loremaster Shem's Quintessential Path of the Dragonheart Barbarian

When Zigurd mentions Juiblex by name, the formless statues quiver in response. Perhaps they are not statues at all. Slowly, they begin to drip off of their pedestals.

From behind the party comes a mental call. Hey guys! Did you know I can float? Look at that, you learn something new every day... I am so cool!

Stay to fight oozes, or smash the crack and risk drowning? Last dramatic question! Then we'll put this adventure to rest.

"Uh, are we sure we want to do that?" Zanzur frets. Glancing behind him, is that Ooblek who says he can now float? Zanzur wonders if he can ride on top of the cube? Would it be possible without getting acid burned?

Being relieved of his new weapon revealed a surprised look on the barbarian's face.

Which is quickly followed by a chuckle and smirk as he watches Tip smash the wall.

He waits for the attacks conclusion and says, "Pardon me."

Zigurd takes the hammer back from his friend and gives a mighty two-handed swing at the wall.
Aiming for the same point of course.

Tip's blow puts a small crack in the wall. Zigurd's smashes it wide open.

As the wall crumbles, the companions are hit by a flood of water and nearly flushed from the chamber, but Ooblek's mass catches any who lose their footing. After the initial surge the flood slows down. Corunir and Zigurd stand as bulwarks, helping their companions to move through the opened wall, and the party moves into a new system of caverns. The Oozing Temple is left behind at last!
