Using those 4 advantages to give you some notion about why he was in the neighborhood. (Remember to propose stuff for positive side-effects of rolls.)
Max's search finds a cell phone in Bosko's right pocket. It looks like a burner of some kind. The last call in the call log seems to be to someone named "TYRONE" with an address nearby, in this mobile home community.

Bosko frowns at Hank's suggestion. "Yeah, whatever. Truck's right there. If you could let me go then?"
Mar 26, 2020 7:39 pm
As you hop into the two vehicles, Daniella Cline steps out and closes her front door as she lights another cigarette. "Don't be too rough on 'em, boys," she says. "But if you see Jimmy, give him a slap in the face! And let me know if you find that van."
OOC:
I'll progress things to Big Ole Betty's bar soon. Let me know if there are any loose ends here, or feel free to reply to either Bosko or Daniella.
Mar 26, 2020 8:27 pm
Max gives her a thumbs up before jumping in a vehicle.
Mar 26, 2020 11:52 pm
Hank releases Bosko and brushes off his shoulders. "O' course, pal. Hope I didn't rough you up too bad there. I get a little excited sometimes."

As he circles around to the passenger side he waves to Daniella. "Will do, Miss Cline! Thanks for your time."

Hank tosses the keys to Marv and opens the door. "Be good to her! The brakes are soft, so you gotta stop like you mean it."
Mar 27, 2020 12:55 am
Marv is waving at Daniella, "I cook slaps to order!" when Hank throws the keys and calls out to Marv. He turns and fumbles the keys between his hands before managing to get it under control, "I'd never hurt Milly, Hank!" He climbs into the driver's seat and rolls the window down. "Like I mean it, right?" He turns the key in the ignition and gives the engine a bit of gas to hear it purr. "Oh, baby. You better believe I'm gonna mean it!"

The drive isn't far, but as soon as you pull out of the neighborhood, the skies open and sheets of rain beat at the vehicles. Bosko drives carefully, knuckles white on the wheel, apparently stressed and needing a fix of some kind. Hank keeps careful watch over the guy, making sure he doesn't call anyone. Marv has to work to keep Bosko's taillights in view with the rain. Thankfully, the drive's over in about ten minutes as Bosko pulls into a gravel parking lot.

The bar looks pretty basic from the outside: A box with white stucco and gray brick on the outside, and a teal roof made of corrugated tin. The sign reads "PARTY TIME," which Bosko explains away: "Betty just bought the place a few months ago. Says she's saving up to change the sign." The parking lot is mostly empty, but you do see a couple of cars outside, along with a few motorcycles. It's only now close to noon, so whoever this is, they drink early.
Mar 27, 2020 9:37 pm
Milly full of the crew roll in behind Hank and Bosko, "Woo! It's a duzy out there!" Marv says looking up at the sky through the windshield. "I hope Bosko isn't leading us on a wild goose chase. Didn't he say this place was called Man from Nantucket or something?"
Mar 28, 2020 2:53 am
"Yeah. And I didn't expect the name to be higher class than the building itself. Think they sell umbrellas?"
Mar 28, 2020 11:55 am
"Party Time it is, eh, Bosk? Tell me real quick, since we go way back. If we take you in there, we aren't gonna regret it, are we?" he reaches into his right boot, then flips open a switchblade and starts cleaning his fingernails. "Here's how it's gonna work. A few of us are gonna go in first, get a table. You're gonna follow a minute later and wave at Jimmy if he's there. Then the rest will come after you and we'll have a quick chat with Jimmy. Then we can go home to our families and..." he glances up at Bosko, "...right hands, and sleep well tonight.

How's that sound to you?"
OOC:
Not sure if I should roll a coercion here, or if the theatrics are mostly for flavoring. I figure he'll need to let us know who Jimmy is, and probably won't want to be seen with us.

Or if y'all have a better idea of how to approach, happy to switch it up.
Mar 28, 2020 2:19 pm
Bosko rolls his eyes, but then they settle on Hank's knife for a beat as he contemplates the "offer."
OOC:
Yeah, give me another Coercion check since you're altering what you've asked of him, or extending it. Average upgraded: RP (I'll flip a SP).
Mar 28, 2020 2:42 pm
"You don't even have to say a word. Once you give him a wave, you're free to go."
OOC:
Do I get a boost for the knife, or my history of roughing him up?
OOC:
GM Edit: I'll buy a boost for the knife. It's a new element that you didn't try last time.

Bosko gives a sulky nod to Hank's "offer." "Let's get this over with," he says, his hand visibly shaking as he opens the door to the truck. As he starts to step out, Bosko accidentally bumps the horn, which gives out a brief, but loud, honk. He quickly looks back to Hank. "S—sorry, man! That was an accident!"
OOC:
1 threat = he's so rattled he honks the horn. Folks will probably be looking when you come in now.

Pausing here in case someone wants to do something before you go in.
Mar 29, 2020 10:57 pm
"How we playing this now; loud and belligerent? Rowdy and wrestling on the way in? I'll need a victim besides Bosko for a headlock." Max states adjusting his gloves.
Mar 29, 2020 11:35 pm
Hank gets out of the car with Bosko and heads back to Mildred to fill the group in on his plan. "Here's what I'm thinking... Couple of us head in first and get a table, like we're just out for a drink. Then Bosko'll come in and wave at Jimmy so's we know who he is. Then a minute later the rest come in and we figure out a game plan from there. If he's alone we can probably just have a few words with him. If he's with a posse, we may need to get rowdy.

Sound good? I'm fine with either group."
Mar 30, 2020 12:25 am
"I like that plan. If they think we aren't together itll give us an advantage if things go south. I'll go first and grab a seat by the bar. Max and Marv grab a table, then Hank comes in last with Bosko. Agreed?"
Mar 30, 2020 12:57 am
"Oh man, I can't wait! Drinks with the kid? My dreams are comin' true!" Marv throws an arm over Max's shoulder and pulls him in close.

Guy struts into the bar and finds the place fairly hopping, as it's nearing lunchtime. The place is the definition of "dive bar" with decor that must have been trendy only to go out of style and then come back around again as "distressed retro." The air is stuffy, the only circulation coming from a wobbly ceiling fan.

The place is maybe a third full, with a few people sitting at the bar with drinks and plates of foot, a handful of booths occupied, and a group of men playing pool. The clientele seem to be mostly locals, which means it's hard to tell who might be a Havoc Hound and who might just be a bystander.

A rather large woman tends the bar and greets Guy with a scowl. "Seat yourself, Honey. Menu's under the glass on the table."
OOC:
Let me get an Easy (P) Cool check from Guy once you decide where you'll sit.
Mar 30, 2020 10:37 pm
Guy sits at the bar near a wall so he can survey the whole place without having to watch his back.

The woman eyes Guy suspiciously as he approaches the bar. "Or sit at the bar, sure." There are a few others at the bar, mostly men, but a woman, too. Guy notices one man with a clear "HH" tattoo on his forearm. "So, you eating, drinking or both?"
OOC:
Used the advantage to have you notice a potentially useful thing.

Guy's welcome to take another action. Then the next wave of folks can come in?
